I release the long breath that I have been holding after he walks out .I sit quietly as I watch Megan scoot closer to me on the bedside. "Are you ready ?"she asks rubbing her hand on my back soothingly. I just nod my head in response . "Okay ,"she answers reluctantly as she helps me to dress up . After changing myself into something comfortable .Megan and I come out and find Maddox waiting for me outside his car . His new scent sends my wolf into a frenzy . Take care, everyone, and I will see you tomorrow,” Madison said as she picked up her things. “Have a good night, Maddie,” Max said as she walked out the door. He turned and looked at the other deputies. “I can’t believe you guys lost time and not just a few minutes, but over two hours. That is like alien abduction time loss.”
