I simply nod, my voice stuck in my throat. There are little sparkles in his eyes as he looks at me. "Before I make love to you," he says, caressing the side of my face. It ended up killing hundreds of Humans before they finally were able to engineer a process that didn't break down the host, and instead, attached to it. I found out that Max is the main leader of the 4, and what he says goes. The others do not have a say in most Academy related things, or anything, really. I found that he is ruthless and he loves games. I also found out that no one knows what his enhancement is. Not truly, only speculation. This info left me completely unprepared and in the dark, but I was determined to meet with him and do my best to impress him.
