When I call for a quiet class, I actually mean a quiet class.

The professor smirked, like he could see the war inside my head. “If you really believe it’s impossible to like two people at the same time,” he said smoothly, “then you should leave me now.” Something inside me cracked. “What?” “You heard me,” he said. I tapped my chest lightly to ease the ache that settled there.

Hmm, the professor did not seem to ignore it though. He very well repeated his words and left the side of his desk, walking all the while to the last bench and stare down at Zander. Having him stand beside him did not satisfy Zander in any way. He gave his eyes a dramatic roll and wondered upon what was going to happen, 'Bullshit drama!' "Would you care to explain to us why do you think is it a Bullshit, Zander?" The professor sat on the empty space next to him as the hundreds of eye balls filled with curiosity ultimately followed the teacher and Zander at the last bench.

He revealed with a smirk, confirming my thoughts. Realizing that it was my Professor's money only made it more unreal to me. Then why did he work as a professor in the first place? The pay is very shitty, and honest, I didn’t believe people love teaching university students because most of us were either disgruntled, addicts, depresed, or mentally unstable. My stomach grumbled again, breaking me away from my thoughts. I looked down at the pizza and the other packs of food and I quickly dug in to satiate my hunger.

I practically take it everywhere like I do to the necklace I inherited from my late Mom. I breathed a sigh of relief, but the next announcement made my chest drop. “ Everybody, I would like you to meet professor Aaron Devinsky. The youngest billionnaire of our time.” The class cheered. I stared at him, puzzledly. “ What's he doing here?” The VC continued. “From today, he's your professor and course coordinator for communication and international public relations.” " Oh my God!"

But then, like always, he got sidetracked. “—and that’s why the theory only works if you factor in the external variables,” he went on, then suddenly paused and frowned like something had just occurred to him. “Wait, did I ever tell you about that professor I had last semester? The one who used to bring his cat to class in a little backpack? Swear on my life, the cat had its own seat. People were scared to sit near it because it would just stare at you the whole time like it was judging you.” I blinked. “What does that have to do with—”

She says, whispering the last sentence as he was approaching us. He passes by us, the corridor as a whole admiring the straight man who was sincere to his job to the core. He wasn't the person to entertain such vile acts of getting service from young girls to improve their marks. He is a respected professor in this campus and everyone who admires him want him in their beds. Even me. Although, I know that isn't possible in this lifetime. As he passes by us, he gives us a nasty glare and keeps walking faster. That's professor Zayn Johnson for you.
