He smiled awkwardly at me. I looked down at my hand noticing I still had my hand pointed at my throat. I slowly laid my hand back on the bed. “You can let her go now, you may leave her room we’ve got it from here.” The two nurses bowed to them and walked out. I looked over at the other guy noticing how much him and this other alpha looked alike. His voice sounded deep it was kinda sexy I thought. Damn it. What was wrong with me! I felt my wolf begin to stir a little.

I was pissed at being roused from my sleep and opened the door, snapping, "Who the hell are you? Don't you know how rude it is to disrupt someone else's sleep? You'll go to hell for this!" Lincoln stood outside, his face haggard and his expression twisted with pain. He held a diary. "Carrie, were you… Were you the little girl who saved me back then?"

It was only natural. “She was sleeping, Henry. Hell was breaking loose and she didn’t wake up, she didn’t even make a sound, she was like a still and beautiful statue. There is something wrong with her, maybe she is sick and that’s why her wolf… her reptile reached to me. We have to help her, now! I am sure that she will wake up, if I shift and groom her, I will lick her face, nuzzle her neck until she feels better again!”

His body seemed to tremble with excitement, and he couldn't contain his excitement any longer. With an exuberant burst of energy, Bless jumped up from his seat, and his tiny feet pattered on the stage as he ran towards the presenter, who knelt down to his level, extending a shiny trophy towards him. Bless's small hands reached out, trembling with excitement, to accept the trophy. It felt like a treasure from a fairy tale, and he clutched it to his chest with a mix of pride and wonder.

It felt unreal but as beautiful as the sun to feel each other's exposure to one another. Their noses met. Just then, Anna winced. She was undoubtedly uncomfortable by this touch. However, Aiden had turned himself on. But he pulled back. He held his breath. His arms blocking either way of Anna. The nails he had forgotten to clip this morning, due to the hurries over arrangements for her arrival, now scratched through the costly designed wallpaper, plucking it away by bits. He blocked her now, "Please...I plead. Don't do anything to me...I swear, I'll try to do anything for you.... anything...."

I know how much it distresses him if it is and I don’t want it to progress, so I gently touch his face with my fingertips, across his cheek softly to rouse him from the deepest part of sleep. “Colton….. wake up.” Whispering, I try and stir him out of his state of vision, but he only opens his eyes impulsively, blinding blue glow like neon tube lights making me squint and stares blankly through me. His body responding to me, but his mind fully submerged in wherever he is. He is most definitely not awake, and his focus is on nothing out here with me. No depth, only blank and rigid and disconnected from reality.
