Leon raised an eyebrow, his grin growing wider. "I’ll accept that one too." But then, Aric’s next words made Leon pause. "Thank you… for being my salvation." Salvation. The word struck something deep within Leon, pulling him out of the lighthearted mood in an instant. His smile faltered ever so slightly, his brows drawing together as he studied Aric’s face.

Sarah followed, and stopped opposite Gladys with the large portrait of the Holy Mary on the wall between them. "Do you believe in the mother of Jesus?" Gladys asked with a wry smile while the others watched. Sarah scrutinized the large framed picture for a second. "I was never Catholic to begin with," she simply said. "What about the saints?" Gladys asked again. "No," Sarah answered. "What's the whole point of your stupid questions?" Yin impatiently asked angrily. "Can we just find the damn secret door and get the hell out of here already?!" Gladys shot her a glare, and without a word, she ran her fingers on the lips of the painting of Mother Mary, smiling.

So much has happened to me in these one month that I should feel afraid but strangely I was feeling that the arms of my saviour are the safest place for me in this whole world. again he saved my life. After one whole month, I felt the sunlight falling on my face which indicates to me that the darkness of my life is coming to an end. I tried to open my eyes but before that darkness consumed me.

It's hard when you realize your life can not always be perfect. When you realize the people who always swore to protect you can not protect you anymore. When you rely on a miracle to see the light of day. For me it was when I realize my parents the people I always counted on when the going gets rough could no longer protect their own little angel.
