I watch his lips slowly twitch and move, until a mischievous grin stays plastered on his face. Oh lordy....

I assured. She grinned sheepishly, looking so radiant. “Let's do it then.”

I grimaced for some reason and arched a brow at her. She swallowed, her lips parted slightly and she spoke "You should be more careful" she said sheepishly and I titled a brow at her words, plainly being what I didn't expect her to say, then she blushed in embarrassment at my gaze and a deep chuckle escaped my lips. Even at that, I noticed how she flinched at the sound my chuckle.... such a puny! It dissipated and I returned my attention to her. "Really?" I asked letting her know her reply was somewhat stupid in a way. Sh didn't reply, instead she bit her lower lip, literally meaning she was nervous.

He gave me a full blown grin, ear to ear and cheeky. I paused taking the look of him and how good he looked smiling like that at me. My wolf whimpered and it came out my mouth! Oh no no no no you did not just do that. Please please let that have not come out of my mouth. I had closed my eyes so I couldn’t see his face and as I opened them I saw his cheeky grin was even wider. His chest was moving up and down with silent laughter. Thank the goddess no one else was near us.

She spat Elizabeth grinned mischievously, “we would see about that.”

Alex reassures me with a gentle smile, his eyes crinkling at the corners in amusement. As I watch Alex, I can't help but notice how incredibly handsome he looks when he smiles. It's a rare sight, but when it graces his lips, it transforms his face, lighting up his features in a way that is both captivating and endearing. In that moment, I find myself wishing he would do it more often, allowing me to bask in the radiance of his smile. With a sheepish grin, I thank him once more, feeling a surge of appreciation for his unexpected kindness.

“So does this mean I have a wolf?” She grinned a devious smile, relishing in the notion. “Boy… you ARE the wolf.”
