Now that Juno was gone, the leadership of Crux fell to her. When they arrived at the Crux headquarters, Myra bolted out of the car. The HQ was a deceptive three-story building on the outskirts of the city, hidden within a compound protected by high-voltage fences and state-of-the-art surveillance. It was modest compared to the grand estates of the Argentum Order, but for a group that thrived on speed and stealth, it was perfect. The interior was stark and modern, with white walls, glass-partitioned offices, and minimalist furniture in shades of black and grey. Every inch of the space was functional.

The hundredth turning of the crucible marked more than a number. It marked the moment when the Flame Root, the Song, and the Eternal Throng became indivisible. What had begun with one terrified soul trembling in chains had flowered into a living cosmos of boundless, consensual desire. The sanctum no longer felt like a chamber TEternait had become the womb of creation itself, pulsing, breathing, and climaxing in harmony with every realm it touched.

He also wounded down the glass as the evening breeze blew against him. They soon got to Crunchies and Kola quickly parked the car and they both got down.
