The woman glanced at me before she raised one of her eyebrows. "Oh, so you're the stupid woman who let a stranger come inside the room and let my child get stabbed."

Suddenly, a presence invaded his senses, a distinct feeling that someone was watching. "Who's there?" he demanded, his voice filled with a mix of caution and curiosity. "Well, well, aren't you perceptive," a playful voice chimed in, as a captivating figure materialized before him. Emine, the Devil Queen, observed him intently, her gaze fixated on the files strewn across his desk. "Let me formally introduce myself. I am Emine, the enigmatic Devil Queen. And I have a proposition for you: cancel your deal with Aiden Clark."

Queen Of Ace What is this novel all about? =If you haven't read my first novel, His Fragile Flame, I uploaded in this app, this is only "a part" of it but can be read as "stand-alone". This story was written in different character's perspective and her back story before His Fragile Flame. You don't have to read the first book to understand this novel, and I think it's better if you read this before that because HFF has spoilers.
