THE FORTRESS

THE FORTRESS

Alfred said as he dragged a book from the shelf of books at one side of the laboratory, slamming it on the laboratory table that everyone had surrounded. "Alex had addressed it in the process of building the time machine," he added, flipping the pages of the book. "You know the most interesting part?" He asked, quickly glancing at Jared before returning his focus back to the book. "No one else is aware that there had been a glitch in time except for us and whoever brought Virion to life. From the turn out of events, Virion is very much alive now." "What do we do?" Jared asked. "Strike!" Alfred replied almost immediately. He paused before speaking again.

Tale Through Time

I reasoned out and Alex nodded. “Your guesses are pretty spot on today.” He said but he stared at me longer, I made his character smart, but I hope not to the point that he’ll know that I’m not from their world. Just then, I can hear an alarm somewhere. I looked around searching for the sound. Alex and Cass both looked at me weirdly, can’t they hear it too? I realized it must be from the real world, I must be waking up now.

MATES: REMNANTS OF A BETRAYED BOND

Marlena graced me with her gentle silver gaze. "Time manipulators can travel through space and time. They ought to be protectors of destiny." Miriam added. She held the teacup in one hand while using the straw hat to fan her face. "How?" My gaze jumped from Marlena to Miriam and shifted my feet away from Spock’s mouth.

Cadell Marcus said a little impatiently. Acacia Smith sat up, looked around, then looked at Cadell Marcus, and immediately stood up, startled and scared. "Who are you?" "Are you pretending?" Cadell Marcus narrowed his eyes and said. "Even though we traveled through time and space together, her passage of time was later, perhaps her soul was affected!" While Cadell Marcus spoke, the system automatically explained again. "Shouldn't it be... We have to go on a mission together?" Cadell Brian said a little frightened.

The Boy who Circled Time

The Boy who Circled Time

The only one he ever spent alone, as all sorts of the same people drunkenly vomited out," It's the end of an era." The time machine was heavy, bulky, smooth, and cold. Jasper remembered drawing it, over and over again. He remembered standing with two Sýnnefan guards, always at his side, as he watched it being born. He knew almost every wire on the inside, every groove, and every connection. He pressed the numbers for the dates, bringing the longitude, latitude, and year all the way up. To a time before Gryaz was conquered, and to a place in the Sýnnefan Capital City. There would be plenty of public libraries there.

Reborn Queen

Micheal spoke to himself. After a lot of preparations, he had finally been able to capture Master Xander as well as his other accomplices in crime. Old Master Xander was tortured so much that he crumbled under pain and told them the truth of everything. Together with Esme's help, they were able to know the exact location of Mamba and they were also able to know how to bypass security and capture most of the people working on the time travel machine. Imagine how shocked Michael was to hear the absurd equipment that they were trying to build that took the lives of so many people. Most of them were not sorry nor regretful for what they did but others said that they were forced to do whatever th

"How is it that this other actress and not their so much-loved Esme..." First of all, stick to your tenses, and stop using past and present together, second of all, try putting the punctuation marks inside the close quote and not outside. Example, do this; "Esme is good." not this; "Esme is bad".

So many errors in your work, and yet you claim my favorite writer's book has grammar issues. This is so not nice. Try ready the description of your book. It's a nice place to start vetting what you've written so far.

The Adventure of August Back to Earth

The Adventure of August Back to Earth

His soul was replaced with a demonic entity and he created an army and he called the Orcs. That's a stanza in the book I was reading in the room. The story is just like the incredible hulk, but in a good way with incredible hulk, unlike Kratos who built an army to conquer all of Pandora. While I'm reading I feel like I'm reading a fantasy/fiction story because of the strange events that only happen here in Pandora. "August!" Gen suddenly opened the door to me without realizing that he had entered. "Wow Gen, next time maybe you'll take care of me because I'm going to have a heart attack because of you." I have a complaint here. It's surprising.

Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Seraphina, pointing at one of the figures, whispered, "Look, that's Aeliana! But she seems... different here." Aeliana, or the version of her in this timeline, stood with an air of authority. She acknowledged the group with a nod but remained silent, allowing the central figure at the table to address them. The central figure, an elderly man with a beard that shimmered like the cosmos itself, spoke, "I am Chronos, the Timekeeper, and leader of the Temporal Council. You've caused quite a stir in our timeline." Dupree, stepping forward, replied, "We never intended any disruption. We were brought here by the Nexus of Echoes from the Lost City."

Somewhere over the Rainbow

Somewhere over the Rainbow

I let the rainbow colours come again. The Here and Now It's taken way too long to get to Tim's home, back from my trip to the lake. “Hey Alex, nice to have you back. Susan will drop by in a moment to discuss something about the band, but we've got some time right now.” Tim cheerfully greets me at the door. I run past him to the bookcase. And on the way I yell, "Do you still have the book The Time Machine?" "No sorry, I lost it a long time ago. Otherwise I would have already given it to you when you started about time travel.”

Frequently Asked Questions

The characters in time machines, particularly in stories like 'The Time Machine' by H.G. Wells, illustrate some profound lessons about humanity and our relationship with time. Firstly, take the protagonist, the Time Traveler. He passionately seeks to understand the future, immersing himself in a quest for knowledge. This reflects a beautiful lesson: the pursuit of knowledge and understanding is eternal. Yet, as he encounters the Eloi and Morlocks, we see a cautionary tale emerge. The division of society into such stark contrasts reminds us of the consequences of neglecting our responsibilities to one another.

In the grand scheme, it's essential to acknowledge that our actions today shape tomorrow. The Time Traveler's realization regarding the cyclical nature of civilization pushes us to consider how we treat one another in the present. Humanity's fate often rests in our hands. Ultimately, we're reminded that progress must come along with empathy and connection. It’s a compelling narrative, reflecting on how easily we can lose sight of our humanity in the rush to advance our technology. Understanding this can lead to a richer, more meaningful existence now and in the future.
