In a dimly lit room, Tanya stood before a crystal ball. Her gaze was fixed on the swirling images within it. The ball showed various scenes from around the city: the bustling market, the crowded streets, and most importantly, the water source that supplied the entire capital. Tanya frowned as she observed the Gamma Warriors guarding the water source, their vigilant eyes scanning the area for any sign of trouble.

At the center of the chamber stood a crystal cocoon suspended above a pool of shimmering water. Inside... A young woman slept peacefully. Her long hair was the color of autumn leaves. Golden vines wrapped gently around her body. She looked no older than twenty. The Seven-Star Crystal floated from my hands. Its fourth star pulsed brightly. Elara whispered, "I know her..." "But we've never met." Aurel's expression softened. "She's not another Guardian." "She's a Keeper." Lucien frowned. "A Keeper?" Aurel nodded. "Long ago, every Guardian had a Keeper."

"You should shower too." He stared at me for a few seconds before walking into the bathroom. The sound of running water filled the air. A few minutes later, I knocked on the door. "I left my phone inside." Clayton hadn't locked the door, so it just opened. Clayton froze, his back to me. His tall, imposing figure was completely naked. His skin was pale, making his wounds look even more gruesome. Water flowed over the rusty chains, black grime mixing with bloodstains from his forearms, trickling down his back and abdomen.
