Our blue eyes were another unusual feature. All wolves either had green, brown, or hazel eyes. But my eyes were as bright as the sky, and often I lied about the green that wasn't there. If any of these warriors spoke of my wolf, I'm sure there would be problems. The Grand Alpha was still wanted; most wanted to kill him over his strength. I never understood the reasons.

Vix stood up and walked beside Shina towards the door. She stopped short a few steps and watched as he went to open it. Standing outside were two men just a bit smaller than Vix was.
