As I opened my eyes while listening to the strange noise around me that I couldn’t explain, all I could see was endless darkness. It was so cold and eerie. It was also so quiet, yet every now and then, I would hear a sound spreading around me. The noise echoed and lingered until it faded into the distance, only to be followed by another unknown sound. It repeated over and over again. At first, it was like the drip of water, then the sound of someone being slapped, followed by something breaking, and then something hard falling. The mixed noises I was hearing were making me deaf.

He thought of what might be the reason as he breathe heavily. “The magic book!” he gasp as he quickly runs downstairs and into the shelf. He quickly grab the book as it opened the pages by itself, as the flipping stops. He read it as the context makes him sweat while he quivered in fear. “No!” he gasp as the book closed making a loud thud that echoed all over the room. “What is it?” Niffa asks coming towards him while rubbing her eyes. Then Rico yawns on the other side of the floor as he stands up.

Kaitlyn heard a clicking sound on her ears, from the earrings that Frank insisted her to use sounded with Jello's voice on it. "These room is full of books." She replied. The cover opened, pages flipped continuously until they suddenly stopped. The words on the page jumped off the paper, floating into the air, wrapping themselves around me. In a blink of an eye, I was pulled into the book. Light flooded my vision. Every sound echoed around me. Voices raced past me, speaking in riddles. Some shouting, screaming, others a dull whisper. Libro Vitae's voice became louder as I watched the trees form around me.

Evelina pulled a book out of her bag that she borrowed earlier in the school library. BAM!!! The thumping sound of the book she put on her desk, sounded very loud because the book was quite heavy and thick. Evelina checks the book and she realizes that she borrowed so much. She didn’t expect that the books borrowed by her were enough. But before I can say more, a sudden *thud* breaks through the air-a book hitting the floor nearby. All of us freeze, our heads snapping toward the noise. The sound came from behind a stack of bookshelves near the library entrance. "Stay here," Aiden whispers, his voice tinged with excitement as though this is all part of the game. He creeps toward the source of the noise, his footsteps barely making a sound on the tiled floor. The rest of us wait in tense silence. Billy looks like he's about to bolt, but Jaxon keeps a firm grip on his arm.
