Even the boys themselves were on the floor in front of the TV, working hard on the video game, elbowing each other and shouting at the top of their lungs as if their lives depended on it, totally oblivious of the presence of the couple. "Bravooo!", Lance screamed, coincidentally drowning out Rex's mother's "Ahem". He threw his console in victory and it landed right in front of her feet, but as he continued his wild celebration by pumping his fists up and down, his eye suddenly fell on the spectators and he froze.

The door didn’t have a lock so he used a chair to hold it so that no one would be able to come in. After the door had been locked, he gave a signal to Hillary who then reached into her pocket and brought out a bottle of sleeping gas they had bought earlier. She unclogged it and threw it on the floor. The gas then began to seep out very quickly and within a matter of seconds the whole room was filled with fog and all the human gangsters lay on the floor, unconscious. The vampires, who remained standing, were unaffected by the sleeping gas. “Let’s start before anyone comes here. We don’t want to have to erase the memory of the whole village,” Dana said as she picked up one of the men.

Johnny rolled his eyes, making no attempts to stop the witch as she stormed out of the kitchen. It had been several hours since Ursula made her discovery and since then, everyone had been flying around the place trying to slow down a mass shift. However, Johnny couldn't help but think they were too late. Now the wolven spirits had been given a chance to awaken, they would do what they could to stay awake. Her head rolled before the TV screen went red. "Shit, shit, shit!" Jasper groaned, dropping the controller. "Un-fucking-believable. We have to start all the way at the beginning."
