"Shadows of the Past" is a story about *Natasha Fernandez* (26),the daughter of a billionaire who never enjoyed her childhood due to the loss of her mother and her father's busy schedule. However, Natasha is heartbroken when she discovers Jamal's affair with Imade, and she uses her power to frustrate Imade's business life. Unbeknownst to them all, Jamal is the biological father of Imade's daughter, whom she lost in the hands of a matron to an orphanage some years back. Imade leaves for another city where she falls in love with her boss, Mr. *George Henry,*(34) an influential business tycoon and a single father. Twenty years later, *Roy Henry,* George's son, falls in love with Tessa, Natasha's daughter. However, their love is jeopardized after a family introduction takes place, and complicated truths unravel, putting Tessa's life at stake. The story explores the drama and chaos that ensue as the characters confront their past and navigate their present relationships.

Royston. It was my first book, and it wasn't long until I came to hate it! (Please, don't look it up - I promise you, it's terrible) So here we are, years later, and I've decided to throw out my original work, and re-write it. Because I'm the author, and I can do that. The story, characters, and settings are the same - but the writing style is different, and in my opinion, much, much better. I hope you enjoy it. ****

I whimper because of his painfully torture. I never thought he would misbehave with me. I loved him, but that doesn't mean any woman can allow this forced. I try to push him away, but he didn't budge. So I bit his tongue hard. He immediately loosens his gripped on my wrist. Smack Yes, I slapped him hard across his face. Guilt washed over his face. I know I made a mistake by accusing him. But he doesn't have any rights to touch me or misbehaved with me. "I hate you Jerk" I said venomously. I stood up and ran away covering my mouth and tears flowing under my eyes as I ran far from him. Let's see their journey of how Daksh and Divya fall for each other.
