I hissed back, watching the man’s pitch-black eyes narrow angrily at me. “Is that a threat? Michael Gotham?” Wolverine Silver whispered so quietly that I almost wasn't sure he had spoken. Icy shards of glass slithered down my back to freeze over at the base of my spine. Of all the wolves at the table, it was Wolverine Silver I was most worried about. He had gotten his name because he was somehow immune to silver. Wolverine was a shredded beast on the battle field who could withstand silver attacks even better than us Alphas. We needed him on our side.

‘But I can defend myself when I have to’ he whispered to himself. The stranger released his grip but suddenly took Noah’s chin, and whispered to his ear “listen, little guy, I want this to be quick for both of us, ok! I, Drake Silvermoon, the future alpha of Silvermoon pack reject you, Noah Cheong as my mate” he paused, “I am not a Faggot like you so, I hope you just fuck yourself and die." He released Noah‘s chin and intentionally bumped to his shoulder as he walked away. Noah’s POV:

She bit her lip impatiently . Rogue during this events had already reached the school premises and had placed his phone on do not disturb mode. Upon reaching the entrance Rogue was greeted by his friends. Silver and Morris. Silver was the same age as Rogue, standing at 5,9 feet tall. He had dark hair in dreadlocks form and a pair of silver colored eyes.

Lex's POV "Oh, I love X-Men," I said through the mindlink, trying to make conversation with my Beta, who wore that damn cool t-shirt like a badge of nerd-honor. Really, I was just buying time before he snapped and unleashed verbal vengeance. So far, he’d been serving me the silent treatment on a flaming platter. "Yeah, 'cause that’s what we’re gonna be—ex-men in a few minutes," he spat. "Whoa, whoa, whoa!" I backpedaled verbally, but I’d seen the storm brewing. "Hey, silver lining, right? We found the rogue's cursed hideout—no one’s managed that in, what, decades?"

And dad. Fuck....dad.... He is so going to kill me. The phone isn't even a month old yet. Fucking expensive shit. Did I drop it yesterday? Or does Xavier have it? I will just ask Xavier later. Well this would be a good time to explore the last door. I walk towards the mysterious door, with my finger around the golden designed key, I try pushing at first, pulling when it would bulge. The colour draining at my face at the sighto behold. Is he a part of the Mafia or what?

But considering this is not some past memories I am trapped in or seeing some pretty unusual things like that rose field and me infiltrating his germs in my body when I hugged him. Yeah, nope. "Alright then, I won't be hesitanting to harm your companions body since you aren't answering me what I asked." Xavier threatened. He's threatening Silver and she hadn't spoken at all. How can he! The door closed behind me, and I felt trapped as three heads turned towards us. “Ah, here they are now!” Alpha Greyson proclaimed wearing a large smile. “Gentlemen, this is my son Logan and his lovely mate-to-be, Silver. Logan, these men are from the White Mountain Pack to the south.” I did my best to keep my chin up as befitting a Luna in training, but I couldn't bring myself to look any of them in the eye as I gave them all a timid smile. Instead, I followed Logan to the coffee table between two couches on the left-hand side of the room to set down the tray I held.

Xavier gestures his left hand upstairs. "Are you admitting that you are old enough to be her husband?" Tony provokes him. He glances at his assistant/friend with a dagger looking as if he could kill him instantly. "I'm only 27! I'm not that old... And for the record, she is just one of my charity cases! If not for the fact that she needed shelter that night I will never accept her." Xavier turned around and was about to follow her.

I would never accept that abomination as my mate! Silver’s wolf glares at me and growls, then looks beyond me as if something more interesting stands behind me. I have to duck so her wings don’t hit me in the head when she passes me and saunters over to Xillon. She whimpers, licks his cheeks and nuzzles his neck with her nose as she inhales deeply. Xillon’s stiff as a board with fear etching his features. He suddenly shifts into his massive grey wolf Xavier and they take off in a flash out of the dungeon’s exit.

He yelled, snapping me out of my momentary daze as I looked at her, our eyes meeting once more. I hurried down the hall toward the back stairwell. Then… A crack ripped through the air. Not wood. Not glass. Something deeper. Something alive. A force slammed through the floor like an invisible shockwave, and I stumbled, grabbing the railing to stay upright as my breath caught in my chest. My vision blurred at the edges, my wolf snarling inside my ribs. As if answering something. As if recognizing something familiar, too familiar. “Valerie!” Xavier barked through the phone. “Where are you?”
