Chapter One hundred and ten (Dane's POV) Present Time

"Anastasios!" Zeus thundered. I heard a movement from my right and then Zeus added, "get him out of my sight!"

"Yes," Anastasios Martas said and he called out to Raedwulf Lykaon. And then I felt lifted from the floor. Wanting to walk out with at least a little fucking dignity, I pushed the two away once they helped me up to my feet and started to walk towards the door. I was in excruciating pain but was determined to walk out of that bloody door by myself. And once I was out in the corridor, I fell hard to my knees and slumped. Anastasios Martas and Raedwulf Lykaon rushed to pick me up.

"You are so fucking stubborn!" Anastasios Martas growled. "Now I know why he was so relentless. You two are so much alike," he added.

"Get me outta here!" I said in a drawl.
