He chuckles and sniffs aggressively. “Look, just go back to where you're coming from, man. I’m fine… I’m just… I’m tired.” His voice breaks, and he hiccups. “I’m Fucking exhausted. Everything’s just piling up...” He gestures vaguely.

The empty classroom two doors down. Lior closed the door behind them and turned and looked at him — standing in the middle of the room with his hands in his pockets, that closed expression, that jaw — and felt everything she'd been sitting with for days come up to the surface where she couldn't push it back down. "Can we stop this." Her voice came out direct. Tired in the specific way of someone who has been carrying something they didn't sign up for. "I'm exhausted. I can't do this anymore." “Yesterday night was quite hectic. Yesterday's meeting was hectic. All the fights that had to happen, everything. And then Luna, Nora, having to face me, even in meetings. So frustrating. I felt so tired of my life. But that does not mean I can actually do anything about it, but just let it be.” I woke up very early the next morning. I guess I was already used to waking up early and doing the chores around. But now I have no chores that I am doing, so what else could I possibly be doing? Luca’s POV I wake up feeling utterly drained, my body heavy with fatigue and my heart weighed down with sorrow. I lie there for a moment, staring blankly at the ceiling, wishing I could sleep for just a little longer, if only to avoid facing the reality of today. The exhaustion isn’t just physical. It’s emotional. Mental. It’s like I’ve been running a marathon in my heart for five years, and now that I’ve collapsed, no one’s there to catch me.
