Black Bullet Volume 7 Novels & Stories

"You didn't kill him. Seven is very strong. I am sure of that!" Her boldness and uncertainty made me laugh. "Sorry to burst your bubble, but Seven is not Superman. He might have been strong, but he wasn't made of steel. I put about five bullets into him. One in his skull and the rest in his heart. Not just any bullets. Silver bullets!" Winter broke down again. She clutched her chest tightly. Her eyes flooded with tears. Her pale face soon turned red and she stared in a daze. I could tell that she was imagining how Seven died.

Justin commented, smiling broadly. "Exactly. And it would make him weak, little by little. That he wouldn't even notice the changes in his body." I smirked, already envisioning the whole scene. ************************************************* END OF FLASHBACK ************************************************* "You see? You've actually been inhaling Everett's gift all this while and I think right about now, it should take an effect." Suddenly, Blackwood slumped and fell with his buttocks landing hard on the ground. He tried to get up again but couldn't.

The specific silence of people who are in a room with something that could end them and have decided that breathing quietly is the most strategic option available. The Soul Sight hit me like a structural collapse. I had never felt it before — not like this, not with the particular ferocity of something detonating in the center of my sternum, golden light erupting through my peripheral vision, threads blazing outward from my chest toward the broadcast screen with the absolute and devastating specificity of a thing that has always known where it was going. I knocked my ration pack off the table standing up. The other workers looked at me. I was already moving. I sat in a maintenance corridor f

Siete states and grabs one of the guns to demonstrate. He raised the gun aiming toward a metal panel and with one pull of the trigger, the weapon blasted a flash of blue-white light that pierced a perfect smoking hole in the steel. It didn’t make any prominent loud noise except from the low thrum but the destruction power of the weapon was formidable. I took the gun from Siete and weighed it in my hands. I can’t help but smirk in disbelief. Ever the same powerhouse as they have been. I’m half-impressed and angered about the gap between us.

“Hey Dad, Cian? We are ready to go to Nemi’s house now!” Talia called as we were coming down to the main entrance to the hosue. “This way, Nemesis.” Alexander told me, pointing to a door to just to the right. I turned the handle and poked my head in. It was a huge garage, with 2 cars and one big black SUV. There was a wall of tools and some other random things on the opposite side of the garage. Cian rushed to the side of the black SUV and opened the back door. “Come on Nemi.” He said, grabbing my hand, and helping me into the giant vehicle. After he did the same for Talia, he climbed into the passenger seat. I thumbed the vial around my neck. “Be careful with that button. Use it only if you

April I grip Connor close as all of the windows in the shop erupt around us. Glass rains across the room, creating a symphony with my horrified screams. Without a thought, Connor drags me behind the counter, keeping his body over mine. Popping sounds resound across the room, breaking glass, plates, and cups. Rolling back, Connor pulls out a gun. His expression grows cold as the popping sounds continue. “What’s happening?” I call out over the roaring sounds. Connor glances my way quickly and shouts. “Someone’s shooting up the place. Stay down!”

Live or go insane but I don’t hesitate. “NOW!” Rourke’s voice cracks across immediately. Thirty-one guns raise and then hell begins. They fire all at once, the sound is deafening, a furious storm of bullets, splitting through the air like hounds let loose. Bloodbane laced tips. One touch on me and I’m fucked. But I’m already gone. I rotate through the air in a blur. The wind tears past me, bullets chasing behind like death itself. I twist mid-air, my knees coiling, and land on top of Rourke’s sleek black car. The car groans beneath me.

"Wonderful" V7 whispers to himself in a creepy manner. I have never seen an unhinged V7 before and something tells me it would be better if I didn't find out. He whispers the last part as he rubs his hard together, I can feel him smiling through his helmet. A shiver runs down my spine, just looking at V7 being all crazy creepy like. Such blood lust.... at least when he's older he learns how to hide his creepy blood lust side... unless he's killing demons...

In the SUV are their mother and their baby brother. Hearing the car's sound by the fence, the thugs look back at the gate. The bulletproof tinted windows slide down, revealing a man with a black hat, red feather, and a suit, “that is.” The thug stutters.”That is Lucifer Morningstar.” As his eyes grow wide. The hard-living thugs have all stood still, staring at Lucifer. “Honey, what is happening here? Why are these street people in our yard.”

The deafening sound of gunfire echoed through the black jungle. Venom was crouched behind the massive truck, his grip on the weapon tight was so tight that his knuckles turned white. The air was thick with smoke and the acrid smell of gunpowder and bullets passed overhead like a metal rain. “Boss we need to move now,” Butcher shouted. His usual cal demeanor was cracking under all the pressure. Blood ran down a gash in his forehead where the sharpnel had hit him.
