Geuron can sense blood as he saw them running away from the monster. Geuron saw Rico jumped to attack the monster as the rest run away. He saw Rico being swallowed by the creature. “No!” Geuron suddenly shouted and push Rico away.

I stood in the center of the "Sequence 5" nursery, the silver locket clutched in my palm so tightly the metal was beginning to bite into my skin. Monster were wailing their growls of death as their flesh were slices down, each and every single monster were cut down, slashed, impaled where they were and, in that instant, they knew for certain that the petal were the one that does it, that slay the countless monsters.

If Zen moved his foot up, the regular blue mushroom monster would simply surface with a bulb and kind-looking face offering Zen a ride. That would be Zen’s cue to initiate a ranged attack. Bladeless helped him kill more regular Pixie Parasols if his aim was accurate enough to land a killing blow at the glowing bulb. However, if he missed, the monster would become enraged, and Zen would retreat to a higher branch to summon Lime for a second chance with his other dagger. So far, the fishing strategy worked wonders, and before Zen knew it, he completed both Hernie and the Shady Merchant’s first quest.

Chu Xun's attack left a terrifying bloody hole on its huge claw, blood splashing around.

"You've wanted him since before Reyes ever touched him. This isn't protection, Hunter. This is starvation finally getting fed." My throat went tight, rage and something worse tangled up together, unspent and ugly.
