I heard Ambrose’s voice and a sudden rush of relief had taken over me. Ambrose turned the lights on and I immediately saw this guy wearing Robin’s costume in a very sensual way. He looked ripped as the latex fabric just traced all of this muscles and abs. And I might have to say I was turned on by him. “Jesus, Ambrose. You don’t have to scare me like that.” I breathed out. “I’m so sorry. I asked Hailey, whose face reddened with embarrassment. “I—I don’t know. I closed my eyes. I thought it was going to hurt him.” She pouted. Casey patted her twin’s shoulder gently, a fierce expression lighting up her eyes. They held the same rich tones of the earth as Aidan’s, along with the fire that fueled him. “I didn’t cover my eyes.” Casey said, a hint of pride in her voice. “It was black, but not like normal black…” She paused, tapping a finger against her chin. “…like the sky at night, dark and sparkly looking.”

On the third Lars’s corpse stood, it’s spine ramrod straight despite the bulge of crushed bone and tendons in his neck. His eyes never once left my face. Each step we took led us closer to the front door, but quickly Lars began matching our steps, taking one each time we did until Tristan, and I stood on solid ground, and Lars within the doorway of his camper. Casey thought, 'Rather than confronting Evan in person, I might as well torment him like this!' At the thought of Evan wailing bitterly on his knees before the tombstone, his heart was racing in excitement. Casey thought, 'Evan! I wouldn't be in this situation if not for his bitch mother! I can torment her when I'm alive, but I can still disrupt her peace when she is dead!' A twisted smile gradually appeared on Casey's face. He clutched the steering wheel tightly and stepped on the accelerator when he saw Jamie's tombstone.

Cassie said smugly while still rubbing her arm. She looked over at Tyler. He nodded and immediately ran over to Tristan and Amber. I could see him saying something to Amber, he then grabbed Tristan's arm and pulled him away. “Mind links have some perks then?” I scoffed. Cassie nodded and chuckled. Amber turned to look at us, and Cassie sarcastically waved at her in reply, while I poked my tongue out at her. She gave us both an evil stare then stamped her foot down on the floor. She looked like a child having a tantrum before she turned on her heel and skulked off.

Mase softly rubs away the tears and kisses me on the forehead. "It'll be okay, Kasey. You'll be the best mom ever. We know you can do this. You are a strong, independent woman, who can take care of herself as well as her unborn baby. You are going to do great.
