CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

And so, on and on ,like the osscilation of a pendulum, the disheartening piece of my bio churned while the sands of time dripped slowly and slowly as it watched my narration irks the soul of the spectators. That I thought, but it appeared to be nothing but a blunt lie. It was a revolving piece of gags and laughs. A piece of funny cake, a chunk of interesting cheese, a loaf of an adventurous bread and a real ginger to the spirits of the audience. They applauded.

Ryoshi
This is an interesting book with intriguing characters and premise. The author does well to draw the audience in and make them part of the story. The narrator feels very genuine, and I began to feel for him. Very well done.
Nightingale ✍️
Mhenn this story is Lit?. It keeps the reader drawn to the main character. At the first chapter I was already glued to how chuka's mistakes caused misfortunes to others. This is definitely a story y'all should read.

The leftovers were for the servants. Waste not right? Adrexa suddenly bursts into the kitchen, where I am patiently waiting for the outcome of my meal. I quickly follow her, but I feel incredibly fatigued from my day. The shock of my wondrous journey through time, landing me in ancient Troy, discovering I'm not dreaming, and spending the rest of the day cooking a meal using age-old techniques.

You're Losing It All This Time

You're Losing It All This Time

Let tonight be the last wild ride for these two lovebirds. On Christmas Day, the Coleman family had reserved a top private room to finalize the marriage agreement. But as the bride-to-be, Tessa was nowhere to be seen. Brandon Coleman's expression was cold as he snapped, "What's wrong with her? Acting out during the holiday is one thing, but on a day this important, she's late? She has been spoiled rotten. When she gets here, I'll make sure she pays for this." Lilian Sullivan looked anxious. When Brandon barked at her, she only lowered her head in silence.

THIS TIME

THIS TIME

I hurry towards the two individuals, who have now earned themselves an audience. " I'm done, Lucia let's go. Sorry about - wait, Mr Sanders?" I say in surprise, when I realize that the man who is arguing with Lucia, is none other than Mr Sanders, my ex boss. Oh shoot, this is not good. " Ah it's Sanders, the big fart who can't keep it in his pants!" Okay, it's defiantly not good. " Hey, watch your mouth! Who do you ---" He stops mid sentence, now looking at us, as if analyzing us.

The 100th Time's the Charm

The 100th Time's the Charm

"This must be expensive, huh?" It was my pocket watch. My mom's. The only thing she ever left me. I'd cried over it more times than I could admit. I polished that thing every day like it was sacred. One scratch and it wrecked me. And Donna knew that.

One Joke Too Many

One Joke Too Many

The room went dead quiet when I said I would take the prize, but that quiet did not last. A second later, laughter thundered through the air. Lily Smith was the loudest, doubling over with tears streaming from her eyes. "How else could she be the top seller?" she cackled. "A woman like her has to have skin as thick as a rhino." I ignored her snide comments and kept my cool. "Just to be clear," I said, "since the company so generously 'rewarded' me with bathroom duty, that's all I'll be doing for the next three days. Everything else is off my plate."

Fun of a Lifetime

Fun of a Lifetime

Nothing against manatees, but when Mers could shift into sleek, graceful, fast-moving dolphins, why-in-the-sea would anyone think they’d choose a meandering sea cow? “It’s true. Logan told me. ’Course he also said mer- maids don’t exist.” Michael broke into peals of laughter and Logan joined in, although obviously not getting the real joke. Although the real joke was on her.

Then, silence enveloped them as they sat in shock. “Is this some sort of joke or something?” Maddison finally broke the silence. “It's a joke. Right, Clara?” “I really wish it was. I wish this was a prank from hell or even a dream so I can snap out of it.” Clara paused. “You know the worst thing? The cruelest part of this sick joke is it is Aiden I am getting married.”

A Timeless Love

A Timeless Love

Matthew said as he started laughing. “Oh, I see how it is I’ve got to ask my brother from a past life for things. I can buy my own car if I want to it’s just the bomb insurance that I want.” She said back as she stuck out her tongue and started laughing. It was this type of camaraderie that she had never had with another person that she could laugh and joke about something as stupid as buying a car making sure that a bomb wouldn’t be the default for insurance denying her claim. As they drove past Nathan’s house and tried to find an intersection that they could turn around and they were the last car to make it in the driveway. As they got out of the car they were still laughing at the jokes t
