A draft of air whispered around my body and, once again, I was all alone, facing a world that was mean, cruel, and excruciatingly painful. “Lois. Shaking.” I got the words out where I could, but it was difficult when my body felt like it had been fed through a paper shredder. “You were having a bad dream.” James gave me a concerned look, which was quite comical when I came to think of it.

I told her, wiping my tears using my hands. “You do dream ? ” I nod my head. “Yeah , and it is terrifying. Sometimes I dream about the world being destroyed, commotions everywhere then I saw me, myself, but my hair colour was white, my eyes were glowing. I looked different in a way that I couldn’t actually recognize myself but I felt that was me and I was in the middle of no where. Everything there was destroyed. I can’t seem to remember all the details, it’s weird.” “And you did not tell me all this!” She shouted in despair.

His mother shouted loudly. Jack opened his eyes.He saw there was no forest ,no wolves ,no screaming found himself on the bed in his room but there were tears in his eyes. "Oh! So it was a dream! What a scary and painful dream it was? Why is there tears in my eyes? I was crying? Wait, is it so? " he mumbled. He brushed up his teeth, took bath and got ready for the college. He went to the dinning table for his breakfast.

Different set of eyes balanced on him “How are you dear?” The most elderly woman amongst the bunch asked. “I think I would be fine.” He replied Concern creeped into her face “Why is that?” “I had a disturbing dream in the midnight and I don’t remember anything about it” Chris said with his mouth full of toast bread and a cup of coffee on his hand.

Dad teased back. A few hours into my sleep, I awoke. I tend to have nightmares, and they are about me. I kept having the same dream over and over and over again. Me facing a mirror, with my reflection staring back at me, but it was way more different from me, her eyes were ash and black and gold mixed together. It was appealing like it showed so much self-control and power but it was also scary. My mouth had excess blood that had dried and my fangs were shown, along with my claws. They were drenched in blood, I couldn't tell if it was human or not and then my dream would end when I look at my reflection and it would smile back at me.

I shot up in my bed; my sheets were soaked from sweat. I had let out a scream but no one was home to hear it. It was a dark shadowy day outside so my room was dim and I sat there wracking my mind, just trying to remember my dream. I couldn't really remember it; all I could recall was that it was frightening and more of a nightmare than a dream. I slowly moved to the side of the bed and decided to just go take a shower. I walked across the bedroom in all of my nudity to the bathroom. As I looked up into the mirror, I could see that my dark curly hair was now nothing but wet, matted frizz. I reached to grab a ponytail holder and looked back at my reflection. But it was no longer just me.

I scrunched up my nose and picked up the offending items with two fingers with the intent to throw them in the washing machine. Something bright red peeked out from the collar of his shirt. It was turned away from me. On closer inspection, it looked like a mouth imprint. I frowned as I peered at it, forgetting the smell that emanated from it. I recoiled in shock as realisation dawned on me. It was the imprint of a woman's lips. Shock ripped through me as I dropped the offending material and blinked. Hot tears threatened to seep out of the corner of my eyes. "I will not cry. I will not cry."

I screamed as I sprang up from the bed I looked around and heaved a sigh when I realized I was still in my room and it was just a dream But why will I be dreaming of that jerk? I slowly dragged myself up, brushed and went to the dinning "Good morning" I greeted as I took a sit "Are you okay Brie? Your eyes are all swollen, didn't you get any sleep?" Brie asked "I did get a sleep but just not a good sleep, how on Earth did that jerk creep his way into my dream and try to bite me with his stupid fangs!" I said and everyone stared at me

My hands push the toilet lead open and I pour out my stomach into the toilet. Nothing comes out aside from spit. A wrenching pain on my stomach adds to the traumatic scene I just witnessed in my dream. I try to force something out of my stomach into the toilet but nothing falls out. I give up. I close the toilet and flush, sitting on the floor feebly. What a night. Why on earth did my mind play such sick games with me tonight? Can’t a girl get a decent sleep the night she finally kissed her lifetime crush?
