"Run call for the physician" the chief maid who had just ran into the queen's room shouted. A maid had suddenly screamed from Zara's hall_ the queen's chamber, others came rushing in, only to meet their Queen Struggling with her breath, while gasping for air.

This one, however, had 45 high-ranked Lycan warriors within. They were all trained to the highest of standards, killing nearly all of what was left of their teams. Zaire and Alpha Ryan ended up being surrounded, both held out against them for a while before one small misstep for Zaire allowed the ones surrounding him to swamp him. Punching, kicking, clawing and biting, Zaire cries out as one takes a big chunk of flesh out of his shoulder and another digs his claws deep into his abdomen. Zaire whispers, “Farris, I’m sorry…”

he responded, his words carrying a sense of respectful concern. "Tsk. Shit..." That was a problem. The elite knights, clandestinely dedicated to the service of every lycan prince, posed a challenge that couldn't be taken lightly. Their exceptional skills allowed them to swiftly identify and neutralize any potential threat. Once their attention was drawn to something awry, the perpetrator's fate was sealed—hunted down relentlessly until they met their demise and were laid to rest on the unforgiving earth.

"And how are you going to be your best version? I mean, what do you see in your best version? Is she a mean girl? If yes then don't be it. You don't have to act tough to be your best version, I promise." "It's not. Let me tell you my vision of how I want to be. I will walk into a room like I own it. I will say thank you to everyone for the tiniest help. I will thank the waiter/waitress for bringing me food. I will thank the driver for driving me to my destination. I will thank my assistant for bringing me my documents. I will praise everyone for their efforts. I will smile when I want. I will stay true to myself. I don't have to appear mysterious or cold to be unapproachable. I don't have to

But before Jayden was able to quench his lust on the poor priest, the screeching sound of the door nearby alerted him immediately, his gaze now turned at the intruders. “Get away from him!” Tobias screamed while throwing his fireball at Jayden. The flame burned Jayden immediately, but he quickly summoned his rune sword and cast an ice wall to himself to extinguish the fire. Carson and Aiden quickly charged at Tobias, but Jeremiah was covering his friend by casting a holy lance spell to each prince. “Holy lance! Holy lance!” The Lance pierced their backs and caused severe injuries to both princes. Tobias gave Jeremiah a hand signal, “Come here quickly, Jeremiah!”

Lyla gritted her teeth, forcing herself to her feet. She wouldn’t lose. Not here. Not now. The figure stepped forward, and for the first time She saw its eyes. Burning silver. Ancient. Unforgiving. "You are not fit to wear the crown." Lyla snarled. "Then come and take it from me." The battle was unlike anything she had ever faced. The figure moved with impossible speed, striking from angles she couldn’t predict. Lyla dodged barely. Every time she struck back, her attacks passed through nothing.

An almost competitive look to who can kill the most rebel rogues. The Lycans are like a tidal wave, wiping out everything in their path, without hesitation. I thought for a moment that Lance was coming to me, his scent was closer but then it becomes slightly distant again. The rebel that was straddling me, falls on top of me. His body lifeless and now suffocating my lungs instead of my throat. Even in his death, he wants to prevent me from breathing. My body exhausted and knowing now that with the lycan reinforcements the children would be safe, I can let my body rest.

he exclaimed, causing an uproar of excitement among others. I stared at him in disbelief. "Seriously? And what if I defeat him? Another warrior would step forward, and then another one?" I ground my teeth. Rainier chuckled and pointed at the redhead. "Lance is our finest." I nodded and smirked. "I get it… So, how about changing the rules a bit?" I said to the warriors. "Let's say that Lance is going to represent all of you who are against me. If he loses, all who oppose me lose. How's that?"

I reply with a touch of humor, hoping to draw a smile from him. Once we finish preparing, we head to the grand courtyard, where the armies of Veridiana and Syltirion await us. The sight before me is both awe-inspiring and intimidating. Row upon row of lycans, some already shifted into massive wolf forms, wait with a fierce patience, their eyes glowing in the cold light of dawn. Among them, enchantresses wield weapons that seem to hum with pulsating magical energy, the glow of runes on their blades and staffs creating a hypnotic contrast against the dark backdrop.
