Sa mismong araw sana ng kasal ni Amelia ay hindi sumipot ang lalaking mapapangasawa niya. Pero hindi inaasahan na isang estranghero ang lumapit sa kanya at basta na lang siyang inalok ng kasal. Ayaw sanang tanggapin ni Amelia ang alok na kasal pero kinakailangan niya iyon para sa pagpapagamot ng kanyang inang may sakit. Pagkatapos ng kasal, saka lang niya nalaman ang pangalan ng estranghero na hindi mawala sa kanyang isipan. His name is Cormac. Pero hindi niya inaasahan ang lalaking napangawa niya ay isa palang bilyonaryo.

"Why are you acting all mean and rude? I'm just trying to be nice here" he snapped making me stop and turned to glare at him. "I never told you to be nice! Why don't you go back to your little world and forget that I exist like you used to do?" I sneered. "Why the sudden interest!" I yelled in frustration and walked away from him.
