Gift Of The Goddess นิยาย & เรื่องราว

I nodded at her, and she raised her hands towards me. "I, Mnemosyne, Goddess of memories, vow that I will grant you the memory you desire in exchange for you fighting with us in the coming war," she said in a deep voice that resonated with power. "I, Rhea, known as Nemesis, the Goddess of vengeance, promise that I will fight along with the Olympian Gods in the war against Titans and demons in exchange of the memory I ask for," I vowed and placed my hands on top of hers. A wind picked up in the room and I felt power crackling around us. I knew that the promise was binding and now there was no choice left for me. I was already in the war before it ever began…

I knew that to break that power of hers, I needed to sever the connection, something I did by using my own to counter it. “You are no longer worthy of being a deity,” I hissed out. “A so-called ‘Great Mother’ would not do this to her children. You chose cowardice over respect and morality. There is no compassion here… just selfish motivation.” This seemed to amuse her. “You think that because you possess a piece of a god that you can refuse me. But you cannot win. You are simply a speck of dust within this universe, one that should feel privileged to even be acknowledged by a Goddess. To have such great powe—”

“Well, I mean, at the time…it seemed pretty impressive. I never thought to ask more of it.” “Not even when your friend, the little pink-haired princess, developed her own gift beyond just flame? Honestly, Anton, I expect you to be more critical than this. Her gift is more than simple fire – it is Goddess fire, more than destruction. It brings light to Darkness itself – it clears and heals. You, as Goddess-born as she, expect that all you can do is breathe underwater?”

I paused for a moment and then was gripped with panic. “You aren’t taking her back, are you?” I asked. I didn’t know what I would do if Isis said yes. Instead, she laughed, a beautiful, tinkling noise. “No, dear one. She is a gift to you. She’s your protector for as long as you are alive. I came because I have another gift for you.” I didn’t say anything. I really didn’t know what to say. It’s not every day a goddess comes down and announces she’s going to give you a gift. To be honest, I was a little nervous. She picked up on it and laughed again.

she continued “Because the goddess will only speak to people that will receive her. If you keep blocking her out, you will never truly know your gifts and potential,” “What gift?” I chuckled sadly. “These visions you have are from the goddess, Esme. Only those kissed by the goddess have the power to see the past and the future, the gift to foretell and prevent possible danger. Even I am jealous of the gift you have Luna, but your gift will be useless if you do not allow the goddess in,” Cordelia said in a stricter tone. Her face had taken a more serious look and her eye colour were whiter than they initially where.

" No, he won't. Though he will face some challenges but that doesn't mean he will lose these fight for the Vergence. So rest assured, the Moon Goddess has this all planned perfectly well. " " So, why don't we talk about your gift? " She smiled at me. " Who am I? " " That isn't the right question. " " What is? " " What are you? " She replied. " Your dreams tells reality, it also explains it too. The Moon Goddess made us know that there are two main categories of gift. One, the common gifts and two, the rare gifts. " " I don't understand. " " The common gifts are the ones every one knows. A lot of people possess it and some times, it's not that fanciful. We know such gifts are the witchcraft,

The young lady barely escaped death with her mate. Everything happened so fast that Accashia could still feel her fingers, toes and cheeks tingle, a sensation that was foreign to her. She pulled a kind of strength inside of her that the young woman thought was never possible. She has a gift. A power that was bestowed upon her by the Goddess of the moon. She felt a ring on her ears as the vines protruded and shot up from the ground. Dried vines with thorns appeared from the earth on her command.

Lena hesitated and then took a small sip. The warmth spread through her softening the rigor of her nerves in her chest. She set the mug down and looked at Luna Celeste "You said I have power, what do you mean?" Luna Celeste sat down in the chair across from her, and her face turned solemn. "The gifts of the Moon Goddess are rare, but she never bestows them, much like her gifts, for no reason. You were born during a blood moon, was it not?"

And before she could answer my stupid question, I knelt before her and held her shoulders to face me, “That is not true! Never believe that! All gifts are a blessing, and yours are to! Every gift is given by the moon goddess herself, and the only one that can make it a bad thing is you. If you decide to use it for evil, the gift will be evil. But that’s not just one simple act, it is a lifestyle, active choices to do harm and inflict pain on to others for your own personally gain or pleasure. But you, Ophelia is good! You are a gift all on your own, and on top of that blessed with an incredible unique gift! “

“You are his only mate – I am not so generous with my gifts as you might think me. I don’t know what sparked his magic – probably puberty, or something like that. All of your mates are only mated to you. They are my gift! Enjoy them.” When she pulls away I wipe briskly at my face with my wrist, wiping away the fast tears of relief that sprung to my eyes. “Okay,” I say, nodding and sniffing, looking down at my feet. “Th…thank you.” “Oh, I do like you, little girl,” the Goddess says with a graceful sigh, drawing my eyes back to her face. “You are living up to your promise. Now. Get those marks.” She points a willowy finger at me and gives me – of all things – a cheeky wink.
