The hair on my nape rose as an icy sensation chilled my bones. Goosebumps crawled up all over my skin. My heart raced. My breathing quickened. I was too scared to open my eyes to see who would possibly be right in front of me, but my body betrayed me as I started to shiver uncontrollably. Whoever was watching me right now, he must have noticed that I was aware of his presence—that I was awake.

It was a hollow sound, and scary too. Goosebumps erupted on Sara's skin. Selene looks scary and pure evil when she is laughing like this.

Goosebumps appear on my arms, and my hands tremble with fear, and I drop the note. I stand and look around, at all the people coming and going in the street. As I bustled around the kitchen, preparing a meal for Mauris's return, I felt a sudden prickling sensation at the back of my neck, as if someone was watching me. Goosebumps erupted across my skin, and a cold shiver ran down my spine. I dismissed it as a figment of my imagination and continued my culinary endeavors, trying to shake off the unease that lingered in the air.

My breathing routine is unsettled and shaking. “Talk!” He spits in a very cunning but husky voice. There is a way his voice hits me. Why am I even scared of him? Why am I feeling this way? I do not fear him, he is the one who should be afraid of me.

Something similar happened with me when I saw her phone. My entire body started to develop goosebumps. My lips were pale, and I had trouble breathing. My entire blood supply seemed to have been taken out, leaving me inert. I just experienced a concoction of fear, anxiety, and perplexity. I yearned to elude capture and spend all my time hiding.

I know I am becoming extra- conscious about my surroundings but I can not shake this weird feeling from inside me. He is scaring me, without doing anything.

The lack of lighting was messing with my concentration, only giving me more unnecessary goosebumps. Two steps backward, my arms touched another thick hedge. Leaves and stems rustled against my body. The nippy breeze, to my ears, sounded like it whistled. Shit! Why did it have to be this cold tonight? This place just gave me major creeps. "No need to panic." Just breathe. Calm down... "Oh shit." What was that? Something nearby made loud crackling noises, like that of dry stalks being stomped on. The hairs on my nape stood up. "Please be Miles. Please be Miles..."
