"If you give in , you'll regret it" He says as a matter of fact and I stay back , feeling my canines lengthen and throb , itching to sink themselves into his flesh and taste his heavenly blood . Blood bags have nothing on his delicious and sweet taste . He not only smells like chocolate . His blood tastes like it which is absolutely ridiculous . Now as a vampire I could taste chocolate without having it .

Like I didn't try? "What does it look like I'm doing then? And you know my fire doesn't work on them! They feed on it! AAGH!" I screamed as one of the hound's lunged at me, slashing with its enormous claws through my arm. I stumbled backwards, blood gushing out of the huge wound. It stung so bad, my eyes teared up.

It was hard for me to detect the dog, I understand my lack of skills. Pow! The dog attacked the gnoll out of nowhere, taking a clump of flesh from its arm before vanishing again. I had a plan. Without wasting time I shot my corrosive poison throughout me covering the entire tunnel. A moment later, the dog attacked but I could see its movement from the steps it took on the ground. Aura-infused, I retaliate with my claws, which shear directly through a monster's head, cutting it off! Having lost one of its heads, my foe writhes in anguish, and I frantically attempt to get onto its back, a place of relative safety. Finally, it's over.

** The next day. Elisa White woke up with several barks. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw the big face of Wheel. Elisa White touched her nose. "Does wheel miss me?" They move slower, and aren't as coordinated. Slowly, the dog sticks its head around the end of the aisle and spots me. It's a boxer, and his muzzle is red with fresh blood. As I'm watching, he slowly licks his chops and bares his teeth in a loud snarl. The muscles of his legs bunch up, and I tighten my grip on the bat. I don't like the idea of killing a dog that's just trying to survive, same as me, but only one of us is going to leave this store alive, and it has to be me. I don't want to do this, but I will.
