Dear Ex-wife, You're More Than A Substitute

Dear Ex-wife, You're More Than A Substitute

* *I met someone. *His name is Julian. He’s a gentle man — a teacher and a musician. He plays the piano for the children at the foundation. When he looks at me, he doesn’t see a blind woman who once destroyed lives. He sees me. The real me. The girl who was hurt so badly she became a monster, and the woman who is trying desperately to become something better.*

Inappropriate Conduct

Inappropriate Conduct

he said, voice rough, “I can’t promise I’ll be easy. I can’t promise I won’t pull away again when the panic hits. But I can promise I’ll fight it. Every time.” Jamie swallowed. “And if I go?” Julian’s hand slid to the back of Jamie’s neck. Fingers threading into auburn hair. “Then I’ll spend the rest of my life wondering what we could’ve been.” Silence. Heavy. Charged. Jamie leaned in. Forehead against Julian’s. “I don’t want to wonder,” he whispered. Julian exhaled like he’d been holding the breath for years. “Then don’t.” He kissed him. Slow this time.

TRAPPED IN DESIRE

TRAPPED IN DESIRE

Julian’s faith, his steadfast presence, makes it possible, and I feel a surge of purpose, the dreamer I was reborn. We spend the morning playing, Julian adding a bass line, his laughter bright as I stumble over a note, his hand guiding mine to find the rhythm. The moment feels tender, a shared creation, our fingers weaving a melody for Lily’s future. Another memory surfaces—Julian’s whisper, urging me to dream beyond Lucas’s control, a moment of courage. “You gave me wings,” I say, my voice soft, my fingers pausing. He leans closer, his eyes meeting mine. “You were always soaring,” he says, his voice rich with love. “I just watched you fly.” The words, simple yet profound, lift my spirit, a

Leaving You Bereft

Leaving You Bereft

He stepped forward, put his arms around Willow's waist, and asked, "What kind of gift would you like for the New Year?" Willow smiled faintly and simply shook her head. Julian's eyes held a deep longing as he looked at her, as if trying to imprint her image in his mind. He didn't know how much lucid time remained, nor did he know when he would forget Willow, after all. He wanted to see her and the children as much as he could while his mind was still clear. He also wanted to write it all down—to record everything about Willow, Landon, Gabriella, and Evelyn, who had yet to be born. He was terrified at the thought of forgetting them.

Alpha’s Claimed Mate.

Alpha’s Claimed Mate.

I would never kneel in the dirt with wolves who tore apart everything I built. But still, the silence stung. Julian hadn’t returned from the ceremony. He hadn’t checked in. Hadn’t offered her even a whisper of sympathy or alliance. He was gone — to them now. Bound in ways she couldn’t untangle. She rubbed her temple and stood, crossing to the desk where a stack of unopened letters waited. Most were useless — pack reports, supply inventory, healing requests. But tucked beneath them was something different. A name scrawled in a familiar hand.

Alpha's Little Vampire

Alpha's Little Vampire

“Julian turned into this in front of the whole Pack. Only you can tell what does it means?” Ramla received that weirdly packed moving object and sighed in relief. A beautiful blue Swan was wrapped in that thick towel. “Julian will be fine after two days’ rest. He is a new wizard. His magic has backfired because of its excessive use.” That Swan placed his head on her chest and rubbed it with her cheek. She caressed his soft feathers and kissed his neck. “I will save your pictures and blackmail you in the future. I am sorry, but you are looking so cute, Julian.”

Genuinely Curious has really made me genuinely curious to keep reading this book which has killed all cliches in first few chapters. I mean when did we ever read a book with poor vampires and chubby cute FLs? Breaking stereotypes left and right, I am loving this. More power to you girl ....

The Extraordinary Luna

The Extraordinary Luna

She's often possessed; I hope you won't be surprised if she suddenly behaves unusually," Julian whispered in Julie's ear. "Why did you bring her here? It's ridiculous," Julie replied no less quietly. "She's trustworthy, and she's still a descendant of the five great witches." "I only trust you, Julian." "And I need your expertise to break into Dad's cupboard." "Hahaha, you're so funny." "So, can we get started?" Joan looked straight at Julie. Her grey eyes seemed to be searching for an answer to the question Julian had asked her. She nodded and took a step back. Joan reached into a leather pouch from her waist bag and took out a jar containing a white powder.

Let Them Kneel

Let Them Kneel

His voice dropped to a whisper. “Tell me I’m not just imagining you.” Kaelani’s voice was soft but assuring. “You’re not imagining me. I’m really here. I’m… dream-walking.” Julian didn’t hesitate. He surged forward, needing to feel her, to hold her—to know she was real. But just as his fingers were about to brush her skin— The world shifted. The lavender and sunrise vanished, replaced by the warm hum of soft lighting and the scent of baked sugar and espresso. Julian blinked, disoriented.

This novel is so good from the start (not completed yet, 212 as of 1 May 2026). The mystery, the reveal, the high stakes rescue the fights. Has it all. And it all connects in a satisfying way. Love the FL and ML, such great chemistry. I couldn't wait for the updates. Highly recommend this read.

This was a really good book from beginning to end. And while it was a serial, it did have an ending which I appreciate unlike some other books on this app. Would love to see a book 2, perhaps about the children as adults. Overall, very engaging and I couldn’t wait for new chapters to be released.

No Longer His Convenient Wife

No Longer His Convenient Wife

“You say that like you’re not one of them.” “I’m self-aware.” He shrugged. “I’ve seen a lot of society marriages. Most of them start with one or both parties looking exactly like your groom looked today.” I picked at my food, not quite hungry but forcing myself to eat anyway because he was right—I hadn’t had a proper meal in days. “What about you?” I asked before I could stop myself. “What about me?” “Ever been trapped in something you didn’t want?” Julian leaned back against the tree trunk, one knee bent, turning the water bottle slowly between his hands before answering. “Not really.” He smiled a little, but it looked more tired than amused. “I’ve always known exactly what I was raised for

Trapped By The Billionaire Brothers

“That’s correct.” “Why?” Julian studied me for a moment. “You’re different from the people I usually deal with.” “That sounds suspicious.” “Why?” “Because I’m pretty sure you’re surrounded by a lot of impressive people.” “I am.” “And yet you’re curious about the girl who accidentally married you.” “You didn’t accidentally marry me.” “You know what I mean.” Julian took a slow sip of wine before answering. “Most people in my world are predictable.” “And I’m not?” “No.”
