I give him a huge discounts kaya mahihirapan akong payagan kayo. I would definitely suggest na hayaan mong matapos ang construction. I assure you that after three months of rushing time ay matatapos na ito since this is my first project. he said and pick something inside of his drawer. He hand me a brown envelope kaya kunot noo ko naman itong tinignan. "Open that, and read the contract and rules inside." he coldly said kaya tumango-tango naman ako at agad itong binuksan at kinuha ang bond paper na may sulat. Rules and Contract between, Klaihuse Farrel Velasco and Maliah Ayacinth Dela Torre.

There are hgilighted sections that caught my eye: "Party A (Alexander Del Rosario) and Party B (Isabella Santos) agree to enter into a marriage of convenience for the duration of one (1) year..." "Party B agrees to fulfill all social obligations as the wife of Party A..." "Party B will receive payment of Ten Million Pesos (₱10,000,000.00) upon completion of the contract term..." "Any breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination and legal action..."

“I’m sorry, Kael. “Well, Tita wants you to stay in the Philippines. You already have a job, so if you’d ask me, ayos lang na manatili ka sa Pilipinas, right?”

"May I remind you Calixta about the contract that you signed nine years ago, " bungad nito. "Yeah! Hindi ko nakakalimutan yan. We're going back to the Philippines one of this days, aayusin ko lang ang mga papers ko sa hospital," magalang na sagot n'ya sa kausap. "That's good! I can't wait to see you both," masayang sagot ng kausap.

'Yes, pwede ba iyon? "In the Philippines, adoption is governed by the Domestic Adoption Act of 1998 (RA 8552) and the Child and Youth Welfare Code (PD 603). Bagama't may age limit iyon, under 18 years old, except in cases of special needs children or special children. While rare, adult adoption is possible in the Philippines, it requires specific circumstances. Parents can explore legitimation or adoption to equalize the rights of illegitimate children with those of legitimate children."

"Contract? Ano ano naman nandun ?.. baka ano yan ha." Nanlalaking matang sabi nya. " Oh dear. That contract contains the rules and regulations about our set up!. With that contract also, dun nakalagay yung mga dapat at di dapat natin gawin."nakangiting banggit ko. "Oh. Ano tingin mo saken papatulan kita?.. di ako cheap!!

Ilang segundo bago bumalik lahat. Ang kontrata. Ang penthouse. Siya.
