Marc Spector: Moon Knight Novels & Stories

"Hmm, that does sound pretty bad." "So will you come back and help?" Marcia pleaded. "Even just to teach Victor..." "Give me the phone." An arrogant voice snatched the phone. It was Victor. "Leo, don't listen to Marcia's whining," he snapped, his tone reeking of ignorant confidence. "I've been studying for three days. The Full Moon ceremony isn't that hard. It's just chanting some words and throwing some meat on a fire, right? How hard can it be?"

“I’m going to pass out.” Dad stepped into the living room at that exact moment, holding a clipboard and looking like he was preparing for war. “Alpha Rowan’s pack is arriving by sunset. Blue Ridge in the morning. And Blood—” He stopped. Mom shot him a look that said, Do not even think about it. “What?” I asked, sitting up. “Blood what?” “Blood Moon,” Kieran said flatly. My pulse spiked. “Blood Moon? As in the Blood Moon? The ruthless warriors? The ones who single-handedly deter rogues from three borders away?”

He shifted and pulled his shirt collar aside revealing his own shoulder. There on his skin was an identical mark. A crescent moon glowing faintly silver in the dim light of the car. My breath caught. "What is that?" "A mate mark." He let his shirt fall back into place and his eyes met mine. "You're my second chance mate Skye. The Moon Goddess has given me another chance at happiness and she chose you." "But I was already mated." The words tumbled out. "Rhory was my mate. He rejected me last night."

I admitted. “Who exactly are you?” I asked, studying him carefully. This was only the second time I had met him, yet there was something unique about him. A special aura I could not quite describe. Something noble. Ancient. Mysterious. “Like I said before, I’m Karl,” he answered. “And I am the Head of the Moon Guardian Knights.” He placed a hand over his chest and gave a gentlemanly bow. “Okay.” “So you’re a knight belonging to some secret organization.”

she said, and then left me there like a sacrificial offering. I stepped inside cautiously, and my eyes instantly found the man himself. God. Viktor looked unfairly good today. His charcoal suit fit perfectly, sleeves rolled slightly upward as he looked over documents with quiet concentration. I trampled the line of thought. No…this was my half-brother. BROTHER. But that didn’t stop my heart from reacting anyway.

“They’re organized, Kaelan. Not just some low-level, mindless brutes. Someone is leading them—someone smart. I think Marcus is involved.” I drummed my fingers on the table. “Marcus! I should have killed him when I had the chance. Now he has grown bolder and has become a thorn on the flesh.” “I think he has an alliance with an Alpha or two. He's becoming too powerful for just a rogue leader.” Zion seemed visibly worried. “And you want Crescent Moon to intervene?” I had to be sure. “Yes,” Zion said bluntly. “I need warriors. I need a strategy. And most importantly—I need her.”

~Ⓢ︎Ⓔ︎Ⓒ︎Ⓡ︎Ⓔ︎Ⓣ︎Ⓢ︎~ My dad, Joseph Moon, was the former Alpha of the Moon Knight pack and after my mom's death, he kind of secluded himself from the pack house and everyone in general. Including me. I didn't mind. I could only imagine what it must have felt having your mate ripped away from you like that.

He was going to rip the guys from this man. Marc was so weak that he shifted back into a human and laid on the floor, weak and spent out. His body was filled with scars, blood, and dirt. "I... I..." he coughed out some blood. "I don't even know... w-who you are..." he said. Of course, you don't, Kincaid snarled to himself. "Alpha Ezra of the High Moon pack, Scotland." Kincaid mindlinked. He saw the subtle change in the man's face and the sped-up heartbeat. This one was not innocent.

Alonzo’s limousine sped away into the night. “Are you okay?” Markos asked, his tone softer now. I nodded, though my hands were still shaking. The thought that something could have happened was appalling. “Thank you. I don’t know what he was planning, but it didn’t feel right.” Markos’s expression hardened. “Alonzo is a sex trafficker, Hazel. You need to be careful.” I furrowed my eyebrows at him. “How do you know?” He didn’t answer me. Instead, he opened the passenger door for me and gestured for me to enter. The tension between us was palpable, the silence was heavy, filled with unspoken words and unresolved feelings.

he assured, giving me that warm smile of his. If only my other siblings could say the same. I sighed. By the time we arrived at the Royal Palace of Meldonis, it was already nightfall. As I stepped out of the carriage, the moon bathed me in its radiant light. I turned to Valerian when I started noticing loads of stares focused on me. “Those must be moon gems,” Valerian commented, pointing to one of the gems on my gown. “They are rare gems that glow in the presence of moonlight. Now you look like a princess.”
