Then disappear. “This,” it says inside my mind, “is where the predator passed.” Ezra studies the empty region. “How many civilizations were there.” Thirty two. “And now?” Zero. Matteo whistles softly. “Yeah that is definitely not comforting.”

Keeping her eyes on the stars she asked outlining them with her finger " How about these seven right there?"
