Ini adalah kisah Rengganis, anak rantau yang memutuskan tinggal di salah satu indekos di pulau jawa. Siapa sangka, kedatangannya malah membawa malapetaka bagi seisi penghuni indekos. Teror yang kerap ia dapatkan setiap malam, mengarahkan Rengganis pada sebuah teka-teki pembunuhan. Rengganis bersama penghuni indekos lainnya, akhirnya memutuskan untuk menguak misteri yang terjadi.
