Ele também é médico aqui no hospital. O médico ergueu a cabeça e olhou para Virgínia com um olhar estranho, carregado de algo difícil de decifrar. No sexto ano de casamento, meu marido não me tocava há três meses. Ele dizia que estava muito ocupado e cansado com o trabalho. Amando-o por tantos anos, acreditei sem hesitar.
