Proposal Novels & Stories

When she lets go of me again she looks like something happened. "What about the proposal?" She asks and remembers me. Is it maybe early? I'm afraid she says no. "I'm not sure..." "What do you mean by your not sure, Hudson?" Kerem asks unhappily. "I don't want to make a big proposal for nothing. What am I going to do if she says no?" I overthink it. "She never stopped loving you, Hudson." Kerem says. "Umm... And have you forgot that she has a child with you?? Of course, she's saying yes!" Defne adds and we all chuckle.

"Fuck off!" While Amanda is on the Libra side, Alex is a Cancer ♋. He is quite emotional and always looking for true love, Alex is very caring and can also be quiet naive. He loves cuddles, but also love his own personal space, though Alex lacked a little bit of confidence, this was why it took him years to get close to Martins and Stacey. He never really approached Ross to ask for a promotion, but it all ended well, because he was still given the promotion.

I smiled but obviously, he didn't see because his eyes are on the laptop so I replied with a thank you instead. "All done. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Hayes, it was nice meeting you. Everything is set and Miss Summer Hayes, welcome to DALEWOOD COLLEGE. I have to admit, you have a nice CV. Impressive." "Thank you, Sir," I smiled. "It was nice to meet you too, Sir," Dad added. "Hope to meet you again soon, Mr and Mrs Hayes. Have a safe road trip back home." "You too, Mr Johnson and thank you," He wished back before getting up to leave.

I took my place beside Ansel, my posture poised yet inwardly bracing for the inevitable. As the discussions turned towards the topic of heirs, an elderly council member stood and addressed the room. "Alpha Ansel, it is with great respect that I bring forth a matter of utmost importance. The pack’s future depends on a strong lineage, and it is clear that Luna Edna has been unable to conceive. We propose that you consider taking another she-wolf as a breeder to secure an heir." The words struck me like a blow. I felt the eyes of the council upon me, judgement and pity mingling in their gazes.

"No wonder Bridget said she's single again. If I had a boyfriend like that, I'd have dumped him ages ago." "Isn't Tammy the chick who's been proposed to 99 times? Honestly, I never liked her. I'm glad Bridget finally saw through her jerk of a boyfriend." "Our company wouldn't consider hiring someone with chronic depression. What if Tammy has a meltdown every other day and starts demanding proposals? Who's going to manage that liability?"

"We all know what Celia wants." "Exactly. A life-saving debt ought to be repaid with marriage. Zac is about to give himself away!" Hearing the commotion around me, I finally snapped back to reality. I did not joyfully agree to his proposal as everyone expected. Instead, I withdrew my hand and looked at him calmly. "Zac, can I really ask for anything?" Zac paused for a moment. Then, he glanced at the pale pink scrunchie around his wrist as if an idea had struck him.

But I couldn't. I took out my phone and messaged my mother if I could spend a few days with them. Without waiting for her response, I turn off my phone and start to work, in order to get my mind off the letter. And what was written in the letter? 'Next time, use the green' _____________________________ -VOTE- -COMMENT- -STAY SEXY AND SAFE-

Smoothed it flat. At the very bottom of the response form: "Do you accept the invitation?" I picked up a pen and checked yes.

Joe turned around and said, “What’s wrong?” Kim had always wanted to build a relationship with the company. It had been her goal since a long time ago. She passed the document to Joe and said with a flattering smile, “Since Mr. Ferguson is still having a meeting, as his right-hand man, his trustworthy assistant, can I ask you to have a look at the proposal? I want to listen to your opinion. If it’s not good enough, I’ll know which part to change.” Joe took the document and carefully glanced at the dark blue cover.

“I have competitors everywhere, I always have. If Rand wants to come play in this space, I’ll take them by the balls the same way I’ve taken everyone else.” Marcus looked at me, and something shifted in his expression. Not quite a smile. Something more serious than that. “That,” he said, “is the funny part.” He reached into his folder and placed a sheet on my desk. Single page with a formal header. The kind of document that had been drafted deliberately, by someone who wanted it to look like a deal before you’d get a chance to voice an opinion. It was a proposal. Rand Estate clearly stated at the top. I read the header before looking up. “What is this.”
