He trembled so violently, you could hear his teeth chattering. Red-eyed, he looked from person to person, and finally, back at my body. "No," he murmured. "No… it can't be. That can't be Wendy." He collapsed to his knees, the weight of it all knocking the air from his chest. Adeline Murphy stared down at him, expression cold, yet her eyes full of pain. "No," she said. "She's not Wendy. She's Rose." Mickey froze. The name hit like thunder splitting the sky.

Alice was so surprised. What was he doing here? Did he come to see her?— she thought. Everybody present gave way to it as Robert was seen holding roses in his hands. Robert walked up straight to Alice as he handed her the flowers. There were so many giggles around them. Alice smirked as she looked at the reaction of Irene, but she failed because Irene looked so unbothered about what was going on around her. She had texted Robert in the morning regarding the shoot, but there was no reply, and right now, he really surprised her.

Two hours passed. Alice and Andrew left the apartment with Alice carrying a suitcase filled with her clothes. Before returning to Andrew's apartment, they stopped by a restaurant for lunch and then visited Asih's flower shop. Since Andrew had bought lilies that morning, Alice wanted red and yellow roses to take home. Alice herself wondered. Since her meeting with Asih some time ago, she had developed a strong liking for flowers. The beauty offered by those flowers seemed to hypnotize Alice, leading her to a feeling that had never touched her heart before. Calm and peaceful.
