I carefully sketched the Sigil, needed to summon the King of Hell. As I completed my task, I carefully placed the chalk back into its case, ensuring it was secure, before returning the case to my pant pocket. After tidying up the rest of the supplies, I took my position and joined hands with Maurice and Brair, forming a triangle around the center of the Sigil.

His curiosity piqued. "In ancient times, a scar like that wasn't just a mere scar. It was called the Sigil of Possession." Klara pinched the bridge of her nose, letting out an exhausted sigh. "Sigil of Possession? That doesn't sound good," Reagan's brows furrowed, his voice scraping dryly in the quiet garden. Klara's voice dropped to a bare murmur, "It was also called the Mark of The Obsessed. This scar was inflicted by a jealous lover or a power-hungry master upon his possession by performing a barbaric ritual."

"It really holds him? Permanently? There's no possibility he'd be able to discover an loophole, a resonance flip, a temporal aberration to come back through?" Sama Arthur indicated a nod. "The sigil is not a purely magical construct, Paul Wason. It's constructed out of the very fabric of our dimension's own temporal signature. The crowd parted enough for me to slip through, eager to inspect the detailed work.
