Akibat Teguh yang memukul salah satu dari mereka, dan membuatnya pingsan di tempat, maka, Teguh pun melarikan diri dari incaran warga di sana. Akhirnya, Teguh pun memutuskan untuk berangkat ke Jakarta, untuk mengadu nasib di sana. Hingga akhirnya, Teguh dipertemukan dengan orang tua yang baik hati, yang telah mengangkat derajatnya.

Keributan pecah di rumah sakit. Keluarga pasien mengamuk, pisau terhunus dan diayunkan membabi buta. Refleks, aku mendorong suamiku, Elvano Wiratama, agar selamat.
