Shea remained quiet, lost in thought.
“Where to next?” Kendall asked as they left the store with their bags.
Everyone turned to look at Shea, who didn’t realize it at first.
Then, shaking her head, she said, “Well, we all still need shoes, and Addy and I need bags, so on to the accessory store.”
They walked down the street until they reached Trinkets and Things.
“Oh, I’ve never seen this place before,” Kendall said, looking up at the sign.
“I discovered it a while back,” Shea said. “I had taken a wrong turn and passed by this little store. The merchandise in the window caught my eye, so I had to go in.”
