As if the chair had bitten her, she shot to her feet and pointed at me. “Rachel! You… You’re not dead…” I nodded. “I did die once, but I came back from hell. After all, there are still debts to settle.” I stared at her pale face and smiled brightly, asking, “Didn’t Victor tell you?” I paused before continuing, “In the Medici family, debts are always collected. They’re never left unpaid.” Her body swayed before she collapsed back into the chair, completely drained. “First thing,” I said, my gaze cutting into her like a blade. “Get up. That’s not your seat.”

"What are you going Angel?" "AHHHH!!!" I shrieked loudly barely noticing Mason standing in front of me and lost my balance, falling forward. My eyes widened as I waited for Mason to catch me and make me stable exactly like in movies or dramas but that didn't go well for us as I took both of us down with me. I fell on top of Mason.

He helped me carrying Oliver and more people came into the room helping us. "Did you get Tanner?" "Not yet, he left already.." God damn it! We walked out from the building and Oliver got carried to the ambulance right away. Cassie was dragged to get check. "Cole!" I turned to see Vincent jogging towards me. "What happened when you're inside?" He asked. "Talk to me!" I turned to see Dean running towards me. "He got my trust fund but I memorized his bank account." I said and the both of them quickly took out their phones. I told him the exact numbers and Dean cursed under his breath.

But what he was saying was making no sense at all to her. "No. Angels are the uncorrupted heavenly beings that serve the Almighty up in heaven. The Fallen are they that followed Lucifer down to earth, to corrupt the master's creation." "So you are a fallen? Because you're here! I know angels on earth aren't supposed to be seen." "I am not!" "Then what are you doing here Mr. Angel Sariel or whatever your name is?" She put on a serious expression. He laughed bitterly. He was getting frustrated what how lightly she was taking everything. He was risking so much being there with her, to help her accomplish her mission.

There was an awkward silence before see began, “You see…. There are many different phases of the ‘fallen angel’. They vary depending on the being. But there are some common side-effects that all fallen angels have seemed to have so far.” “You mean like what happen before?” “Yes. One of them are lost of control over emotion. Another one, is a spike in untrained power.” I inquired, “Do you mean when I broke the shelf with the broom? Isn’t that dangerous?” “Yes. It is why many demons fear fallen angels. It’s because of how unruly they can be at times. Some would even go out of their way to kill a fallen angel to protect themselves.” she explained. I gasped in realization, “can that be why Ace w

Ace’s black eyes flashed. “You do know that I’ve lost eleven of my Fallen Angels brothers in the past two months, all because I told you about some shit that we were involved in? Eleven men, Taylor, eleven men that I cared about like they were my own blood… they died, and they died because of me.”

Azaliah watched in horror as heaven fell into an uproar. She had seen this before, angels screaming and yelling, Michael barking commands at the other angels, structures falling and collapsing and speckles of golden dust littering the air. She had seen it all before but this time, it wasn't just in the walls of a temple, it was real. She was living it.

“My daughter please refrain from thinking higher than the master… do you remember what I told you before?” “what happen to those angels who go against the rule?” “Yes my dear. I don’t want you to lose wings and be one of those fallen angels.” “I am just trying to help…” “I know, but it changes everything that was written.” I regain my duty and was back on guarding the little boy that I saved. He was the first human I am to guard with, for decades on heaven I’ve been trained to fight and now is my time to be on earth and fight an actual battle of spirits. But I guess I failed, and this is my second chance.

I knew she was broken, hurt and drunk so I had to be careful with the words that came out of my mouth. She placed her small slim hand on my chest and unexpectedly my hand drifted to her hip and settled there, Iwas unable to pull back."Do you know why angels fall?" I asked. She tilted her head"Why?" "Because they are tricked by the devil." "You want to say you are a devil?" She chuckled and truth be told she really looks beautiful when she laughs."Of course not." "Then why say that?ls it because you are wearing a cap and glasses?" "You don't even know my name missy"

Those wings looked scary, at least in Reiji's eyes, not that he would voice it out loud. "Fallen Angels are Angels that have fallen from the grace of God due to having "impure thoughts" that divert them from the teachings of the God in the Bible. The leaders of Grigori were tempted by human women and had fallen after having sex with them. And despite being cast out of Heaven, Fallen Angels can still use the power of light." - Akeno explained seriously to the men, they just paid attention. They were shocked, they didn't know about that except for Reiji because of family circumstances.
