Leona pattered into the woods, following the scent. The deeper she got, the more pungent the smell was. The howl confirmed her thoughts. If it was indeed a werewolf, she needed to investigate what pack he came from. But she was hopeful it wasn’t from the Silver Dawn, or else it was time to leave. Darren heard some footsteps and quickly climbed onto a tree. It was a full moon. He transformed immediately as he stepped out under the moonlight. It was inevitable. Sniffing the air, he remembered the scent getting close to his direction. It’s Leona.

I wish I gathered the courage to ask father what their talk was about, but the thing isn't like that. It's four days before the full moon. Suddenly a loud clamouring sound breaks the band music of the festival, instead there are confused voices and low howling. A teen girl is standing in middle of the field, around her are all the werewolves from our pack, and she's definitely not from our pack, the red moon mark on her arm is certainly confirming that. I quickly jump from the hill to catch up to them, there's a chance that things can go downhill.

The other two warriors ran over before both of their eyes glazed over. “We linked our Beta, you’ll be in trouble now.” Another younger looking warrior said trying to sound confident. For such a high ranking pack this was sad, they didn’t have stronger warriors I thought rolling my eyes. After 30 minutes a large grey wolf came running incredibly fast down the gravel road. I was stunned watching him he was beautiful, I didn’t really get to see wolves shift much.

It's a good thing that I already ended the call when Rosh attacked me! I saw pitch black before closing my eyes.

Howard approached Dallin to help him get up, but with his twisted ankle and bones, he was not very moveable. “Arghhhh!” Dallin grunted and then he let out the deadliest howl a werewolf had ever made before passing out on the floor. Delilah jolted awake in her bed at the faraway howl, or she thought she heard a howl. Rubbing her eyes and sitting up in her bed, she peeked outside the window behind her and found the whole city asleep. The night was peaceful and calm, then why did she wake up?

'We found her at the house where Talon's breeders were kept,' Asher said looking at Dawn keenly as if he was expecting her to shift and tear into the older woman. 'Is Talon alive? Please someone should explain what is going on here to me. Dawn, I ...' the older woman was saying but Dawn's loud growl stopped her. 'Don't mention my name. I do not know you,' Dawn said sneering. 'On the contrary, you know who she is Dawn, this is your reality you need to face it,' Asher said not minding the fact that Dawn was growling continuously. 'I don't have a reality outside the golden wolf team and you, Asher. She didn't want me and now I do not want her either,' Dawn said then turned to leave us standing

A growl shot through my throat in warning, low enough only for the werewolves in front of me to hear, but they pushed on, ignoring the territory I was claiming. My heart thumped louder in my chest, both from the adrenaline beginning to rush through my veins and the sheer stupidity of the act they were about to commit. I watched them with narrowed eyes as the men ripped their shirts from their bodies, their feet elongating and ripping the shoes they wore, before their bodies were morphed from man to wolf, and they were charging at the two of us with a vicious snarl. Dawn’s ear piercing scream from behind me spurred me into action, and I was turning the couch she slept on over and pushing her

I slipped into a pair of shorts and a white tank. Dawn carefully put aside the dress on her bed. She did not notice I was in heat. She-wolves were sometimes unaware of the other's heat. Most of the time, male wolves were the first ones to notice.

and both of them looked in front and saw three big wolves whose furs look like Dawn. Dawn on the side held her head and it seemed like her brain had a flashback. The werewolf in front of them is oddly familiar to her. Looks like they are related.
