Just as Jonah reached for his phone to dial an ambulance, I grabbed his hand.
I slowly opened my eyes, covered my nose, and shook my head. "I'm fine."
"How can you possibly be fine after losing that much blood?"
I explained that I'd hit my nose on the way in, and that was what caused the bleeding.
