Life is not a rehearsal. Each day is a new show, new challenges, new audience, new participants, new characters. No-repeat, no rewind, no retake. Perform carefully, live the best, choose the best and do the best. We cannot do anything about what happened in the past but we can do something about our future. My past is not as important as what's ahead, I cannot let it poison my future...our future. But I have to do something to correct what's done wrong that almost cost me my life.

When we make ourselves the standard by which we judge right and wrong, we create an unreliable and subjective standard. We all cause harm in the way we live, particularly to ourselves. We overreact at the same everyday things, to nobody's benefit. Traffic, long lineups, certain people's habits. We procrastinate even when we've learned again and again that it's so much easier just to roll up our sleeves and do it.

Different faces, but same cycle. Parang ganito na lang lagi: may lalapit, may titingin, may magko-comment, may mag-aassume, then I'll either explain myself or choose to stay silent. After that, I'll move forward... only to find myself in another version of the same situation. Cycle. That word keeps echoing in my head. Because that's exactly how it feels. Life is a cycle where you keep going through things you thought you already outgrew, just to realize may lesson ka pa ring hindi natutunan. Or maybe hindi pa talaga tapos, kaya paulit-ulit siyang bumabalik.

Wala naman din magagawa ang pag-iyak at kahit na makapuno at makagawa pa ako ng sapa doon ,alam kong wala na rin iyong mababago. The things about us is — we don't put enough worth of what we have today.Palagi ay nawawala sa isip natin na bago tayo makakuha ng isang malaking bagay ma kung sa'yo matatawag mo ng bug achievement — nakagawa muna tayo ng milyong maliliit na bagay para mapunta tayo sa ganoong sitwasyon.

Naiintindihan ko siya, kahit ano naman talaga ang gawin natin,may sasabihin at sasabihin ang mga tao We try a hundred times to ignored them, we keep on telling to ourselves that their opinion doesn't matter at all, but no!... cause nomatter how many times we try and remind ourselves to ignore and do what we want without minding the opinion of people around us, we can't deny the truth that people's opinion has always been have impact to us.. Either we accept it or not. we all know that we want to impress them, their opinions matter!. That's the reason why we feel the insecurities,the mental breakdown because their words signify everything, Hard to accept but that's the reality
