I hate that type most of all.” Kyle went pale. His mouth moved, but no sound came out. Then a scream ripped from the end of the street. A rogue burst out from between two parked cars in wolf form, huge and red-eyed, charging straight into the crowd. Security alarms shrieked. People scattered.

“And how do you explain a squad of dead werewolves, then?” “Maybe they ran into a rogue Alpha wolf or something else,” Katniss fires back without a single flinch. “Or maybe someone else wanted them dead. All I know is that Kyle didn’t do it. If you’re looking for a weaponized Fae to fight your war against the King, you’re looking at the wrong guy.”

“I’ve just never seen you, that’s all.” “I didn’t come out here that much. I’m from Seattle.” Kyle woke up in the forest to see her leave the cabin carrying a gun and a backpack. Still in his wolf form, he rose up from the ground and closely followed her. He knew that his father would be looking for him again this morning, but he padded forward, wanting to see what she was up to, hoping that in her haste she wouldn’t shoot a pack member. When he saw her settle on the fallen tree, he shifted back to his human form and raced to a carved out of rock where they placed clothes for emergencies. This was an emergence. He needed to talk to her. Know her name. His wolf pushed at the surface, wanting

she explained. “He did everything you told him to. Kyle faked to kidnap that boy a couple of months ago, and I am sure he was the one that gave those two teens the pills that killed them. He broke into my lab, destroyed it, knocked me out, stole those pills, and gave me the serum that made me into a werewolf! And he did all that at your orders in hopes of everyone; especially you would give him a little respect!” Lily snarled at him, running the flat of the blade across his cheek, letting the silver burn him.

Right? " Wait guys!" One of them suddenly said and even held one of them by the shoulder as he warned the others. He was a slightly young guy seemingly in his late twenties with full but well-groomed beards and a quiff cut that highlighted the scar on the side of his head. He had on studs and he was dressed in ripped denim. He looked at Kyley with a sincere gaze. From his scent, Kyley could sense that he was a werewolf! She was surprised but didn't show much on her face, Kyley was only glad to see another werewolf in the city. Although that didn't mean she trusted him.

He kicked his hands on the table while making a furious face. "Damon was faster than Tyler!" I muttered. "Who are these Damon and Tyler?" He rolled his eyes. "I am talking about the web series—the vampire diaries!" I laughed, and he looked at me before rolling his eyes. "Excuse me—real life is different from web series." He shrugged his shoulders. "Ok, boss, I respect your opinion!" I smiled while making him calm. "Tell me something more about the werewolves." I licked his hand, which made me almost melt into his actions.

I squinted my eyes, suddenly recognising the familiar features. "Kyle?" The words came out of my lips in utter shock. "You know him?" Kane asked as I fixed my gaze on Kyle, who had a smug smirk on the corner of his lips. "Yes, he's from our pack," I replied, still struggling to make sense of this. "Get Valerie to help, Wes. I'll take care of him." Kane reassured me and I shifted back into my wolf form, putting Valerie on my back with the help of Kane and sprinting out of the woods.

werewolves are part humans but the animal is more of who they are, the need to submit to a higher power the weakness of a pack without an alpha, all were part of the curse. "I didn't mean to offend you sire, I just needed to express my concern," he said calmly with his head bowed to the ground. "I respect you Kyle but Sophia is off limit, also I will see her when am ready. for now, I would love to be left alone," he said rather calmly the beast withdrawing back. "As you wish sire," Kyle muttered as he took his leave.

For day one it was really a good accomplishment. Rachel headed inside the packhouse to look for Jake after he texted that she could find him in his office if she wanted a break. Kyle and I packed up the big blanket and headed the same way. “So are we really not going to talk about how we just had guns pointed at us?” Kyle asked, his words long and sing-song. “I don’t think I’m ready to dig through all that,” I tell him honestly. “I mean I knew werewolves kept to themselves and don’t like outsiders, but man that dude was venomous,” he kept going like he hadn’t heard me.

Clara said slowly. "What... What are you talking about.... Ahhhhhhhh!" Joseph shouts dropping his can of beer as he looks at Clara's direction. Jason had lifted his head from the Black sheets to look at the house (Hey My Knightley!) "WOOOF!". "Jason I said not to reveal yourself until I told him everything!" Clara yelled at the wolf. "Jason? As in Elizabeth Snow's kid?! He's that werewolf?!" Joseph stood up searching around the house as if looking for a weapon.
