Kayla The moment I walked into the ball party hall, everyone turned their eyes to me. This was probably the first time in a long time I got treated as a daughter to the alpha king. I looked so clean and beautiful. The dress did well in making me look snatched and endowed. It was a tight - fitted black long dress, with some golden decorations and a small opening at the chest area. I felt uncomfortable at first because the dress looked so good. I mean, I was hot in it!

We sat in the living room for a while until Lucy and Chloe started speaking "My queen we need to find you a dress for the ball and your brothers and father new suits," Lucy said "The queens family are the only ones who can wear red and black at the ball and the queen herself must wear an amazing white and gold dress "Crap" I mumbled "Can we go find some tomorrow?" I asked "Afraid not your majesty tomorrow you have a day at a spa," Chloe said getting my attention

WILLOW Helen is helping me get ready for the solstice ball. It’s tonight. There are so many layers of ruffles in my dress. It’s a ball room style dress with square neckline. No sleeves. Tonight, I’m wearing gloves and the family jewels in my hair. As Cary’s daughter, it’s my duty now to wear the family heirloom. Helen isn’t going so I have to represent the Thompsons the best way I can. And that includes dressing up and wearing expensive jewels and smiling.

Her short black and green hair danced as she dragged me towards the store. We entered the store and looked around for costumes. They were separated into different sections. Paranormal section, Scary Bride section, Supernatural Creature section, Harry Potter section, and many more. I looked toward the Harry Potter section. There was a dementor costume hanging on it. It looked deadly scary. "Oh my god!" she squealed beside me. "Look at this banana costume! I'm buying it." She jumped up and down, clutching onto the banana costume like a mad woman and I laughed at her selection.

The males all stayed near the front of the store while we females roamed the aisles to find our dresses for the blood moon ball. The others found their dresses really quickly, but I just couldn’t seem to find the right one; it was going to be mine and Nathaniel’s first official event standing beside mother and father but it is also my birthday, so I want it to be special. I walk the aisles and find myself at the back of the store. I find this beautiful blood red, strapless dress. It was knee length at the front with a half a meter train on the back. It also had our Royal family design of flowers and vines weaved through it. It was just perfect. Both Ruth and Cara loved it, too.

I looked in the mirror, barely recognizing myself. It was the night of the First Ball, and I was dressed in my beautiful, shimmering yellow gown. It was sleeveless, with a tasteful V-neck bodice. One of my maids had tied my brown hair into a tight up-do, with a few loose tendrils tucked behind my ears. Beside me, Elva was a near-mirror figure of me, though her dress came up to her neck. It shimmered the same, and she couldn’t stop giggling as she spun in circles.

She pointed a finger towards the dress. "No." I shook my head. "Then just take a glance over it before you speak." I took the dress in my hand and facepalmed. 'Not For Return' was written in block letters along with the price tag. "So, what are you going to do? We can't waste these dresses, it's worth the cost." I suggested. Harry seemed to think a bit and came towards me. He took both hands and raised them in the mid-air. "Why don't you keep this? It will fit you." His eyes shone with victory where I looked at him in disbelief.

Of course, we’d be staying at my parents’ place because that’s where the party is. I make my way over to her bedroom. I open the door and see her standing by the mirror. “Do you think I should change my dress?” she asks. She’s wearing a light-yellow ball gown. The trim and boddess is white and the ruffles at the bottom are white as well. This is a little too fancy for a ballet show. I hug her from behind and kiss the top of her head. Even with heels on Grace is a head shorter than me. She smiles holding her hand over mine.

Pollyie carefully sipped her red wine from her goblet. “I bet Atalia can choose someone who’s sexier and handsome than Nicholai.” Miriam hissed while munching her cookies. “Hey, Nicholai is a good guy.” Tiffie defended. “But, he’s not hotter than your Bobby.” Miriam raised her eyebrow. “See if I will say your partner’s name you’re getting pissed off.” “I am not pissed off!” “Girls!” Pollyie tried to calm them down. “You better choose the right dress for tomorrow’s ball.” She took the four dresses from the clothes’ rack. Then, she gave the teal green lacy dress. “Why don’t you try this one, Tiffie?”

"Mey! You look gorgeous!" I looked down at my dress and smiled. "Thanks!" Unlike my other friends who were totally okay with wearing short dresses, I wore a long white dress and topped it up with an open sweater. I actually had no problem wearing short dresses, but my parents would never allow me to do that. They were quite conservative. My parents did not allow me to wear sleeveless shirts, skirts, and shorts. Well, we, Asians, always tried our best to avoid showing too much skin, anyway. If you see Cheongsam, a Chinese traditional dress that Cho Chang wore to the Yule Ball in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire, you'd probably know what I mean.
