I hear a voice in my head tell me to brace myself. “Brace myself for what mom” I ask. Puzzled, my mom looked at me and suddenly, a vision came to me. A little girl about 8 years old, with red hair, falling to the ground. She turned to face me regaining her balance on one knee. With her head still down, and her arms holding her abdomen, she raised her head in defiance. Eyes blue as the sky, I could see rage in them. The air around her seemed to implode into her, building and inhaling the energy around her until I could see an iridescent haze surrounding her like a halo.

Maybe I had too many enemies in this school. I needed someone to help me figure this out. Whenever I had to handle things that needed tough thinking, I normally called Haniya. It was 12:20pm now. I did the math and figured it would be some minutes past nine pm in Pakistan. I took out my phone to video call Niya. She was the only one who could give me clues on who did this and what to do. He got up and left to get our meals. Looking at them, I could see the slight resemblance. They both had jet black hair and adorable dimples but while Hottie had hazel eyes, Angel had silver eyes and a lip ring. "I'm sure you're now convinced I'm not an Angel?" He smirked.

But something about the short, slim girl with curly hair in front of me makes me feel comfortable.

Isaac said seductively, causing me to cringe. Hayden's shoulders shook with silent laughter, and I struggled to hold back my own laughter as I looked at him. He clicked the VideoChat icon in the corner but kept the camera turned off. Soon, Isaac's face appeared on the screen. A smirk appeared on Isaac's face as he switched to his back camera, aiming it at his exposed erection. He gave it a pump, groaning, while Hayden flipped over and buried his face in my chest, laughing quietly. Despite the awkwardness of the situation, I couldn't help but join in the laughter.

As per usual, I have had another successful day at work. I just wish my personal life was just as successful. "Jake! Did you really just land the Champa account?!" Lin asked as she walked into my small office. I smiled as I watched her run over to me and I stood up to hug her. "I did and I am not sure how I was able to do it but I did." I responded with a hint of shyness. Lin is the loudest of our marketing group and she is also the one who coordinates all of our work functions.
