Jett said with a grin. “What are you doing?” she asked Jett as he pulled a beanie over her head. “Making you part of the Jags, your own personalized beanie, your now officially Jag property,” he said proudly. “Uhm,” she said as she looked at me. “People will now know that you’re with us,” I said and she nodded as I opened my door. Samantha grabbed her backpack and slid it over one shoulder as she climbed out and I grabbed her hand and started walking to the school entrance. Monday came faster than expected and all students were dressed smartly in their school uniform which was a combination of light blue short sleeved shirt and grey slacks for the guys and a grey flared skirt which was just above the knee for the senior girl and pinafore for the junior girls. Jewel wore her uniform and complimented it with black high tops sneakers, her white socks showing. Her tie was loose around her neck and her hair was packed in a donut bun. She was just stuffing her back pack with books when Henrietta walked in.

But my attention is drawn by the big television mounted on the wall. It takes me a while to get my head out of the gutter and when I finally do, I try looking for a dress amongst all my trash. The weather is nice outside, not to cold but not warm either. I finally settle for a floral blue dress with faded blue jean jacket. Blue heel ankle boots and a bag to match. I straighten my hair, run a brush through it until its shiny. Mascara and lip gloss finish up my look and I'm ready to go. I contemplate leaving my beanie behind but one I'm out of my room, my palms become sweaty and I'm not comfortable at all. I go back and wear my beautiful beanie on me. Feeling satisfied now I come down. Aaron's watching the sport channel but it's as if he hears me coming down.

He wore a football jersey, and cowboy boots. “Jenny Minnie,” he said, planting a kiss on her. He glanced up and grinned. His shaggy blonde hair rested right above his heavy-lidded eyes. If I were to guess, he was high as Hell. “Dude, I’m Beau, who’s the G.I Joe?” That must be the best insult anyone could come up with around here. I offered him a handshake. “I’m Madden.”

It was a sparkly bracelet with beads which looked like real diamonds but was a cheap imitation. Synthetic diamond perhaps. Three letters hung from them 'HBJ'.

125 ~Velma’s POV He adjusted his stance, took a breath, and threw again. The ring landed perfectly, sliding down the bottle with a soft clink. His eyes widened. Then he laughed, loud and proud. “I did it,” he shouted. The attendant handed him a small stuffed bear. Without hesitation, Jaden turned and placed it into Juliet’s hands. “For you,” he said, his voice gentle now. Juliet’s face lit up. She hugged the bear to her chest, smiling so wide it felt contagious.
