Lycan King's Mate Novels & Stories

She remembered what her mother told her she was sixteen. Her mother told her that the more powerful an Alpha is, the more reliant they are to their mates. So it means that the more time they spend away from each other, the more he’ll miss her. And the more he'll miss her, the more he goes crazy. Meanwhile, Rynari won't be affected by the bond that much because she's only a hybrid. The Lycan King is a pure-blooded werewolf royalty. His blood is pure-blood for generations. It is also the first time for a Lycan Ruler to be mated to a hybrid.

I had expected a monster, the kind of monster that lived in the stories my mother used to tell me before bed, with sharp teeth and claws and eyes that glowed in the dark, but when the doors of the throne room opened and Lycan king Leandro walked in, I realized that I had been wrong about everything.

Instinct held everyone in place as their alphas decided their next course of action- who to lead and who to follow. "Greetings Hercules, Alpha of the Crescent wolves. My name is Valerian, next in line to be the Alpha King. I came as requested by you as a representative of Darius the Alpha King of Red Sun Hill city to lend assistance in the ongoing attacks." I consciously relaxed every tensely corded muscle and gave Hercules a dip of his head never for once taking eyes from the larger alpha. He was the next in line AlphaKing but not the Alpha of this place and it was in Hercules territory he stood in. I could afford to be polite and not step on the other's alpha toes.

I know he was right, there wouldn’t be anything between us. “Remember Silas, the pack needs a Luna,” I replied flatly. “And I haven’t found my mate. I doubt if I would ever find her. Our contract marriage will get rid of the rumors but nobody has to know it’s a contract wedding.” “Why do I feel like there’s more to it, Alpha?” Silas narrowed his gaze at me, I looked away from him and tapped my lithe fingers on the table saying nothing. “This isn’t just about the rumor going around the pack that you are impotent, It’s not going to end well, Alpha. She’s the Alpha King’s daughter.”

he asked the Lycan king. The Lycan king sneered. "Do not question me. Liliana is mine. She has been mine from the moment I laid eyes on her." My mind raced as the guards dragged her closer to the Lycan king. I knew that I had to think fast if she wanted to keep her secret safe. I took a deep breath and prepared to speak. "Please, my lord," I said, My voice shaking. "I am not your mate. I am just a slave, a lowly servant. There must be some mistake."

"The Lycan King of the North." A stunned silence followed. Matamoros shot me a surprised glance, disbelief written on his face. "The Lycan king you say?" I repeated. The witch's nod confirmed her suspicion. "Yes, he is. He's the same one. Why do you ask? Is there a problem?" I questioned in a defensive tone. Matamoros voiced disbelief etched all over his features, "Leonidas is the Lycan King, please tell me this is a joke " The witch's gaze turned piercing as she questioned, "Is he the one who you want to strike with madness?"

She pointed to me. I scoffed. “I don’t want your sloppy seconds, Shannon. Even if he was my mate, and I am not saying he is. It would be a cold day in hell before I accepted him as a mate. I would take the Lycan King over Brandon.” I threw my head back and laughed when she gasped. The Lycan king was the bogeyman of all wolves. The last Lycan to exist and one who lives in the wild. It’s said the only wolves that ever see his face are the council that oversees the packs.

"What a pleasant surprise. The legendary Malina decided to pay me a visit. I hope I'm safe?. He said and I couldn't help but wonder, LEGENDARY!. Right, how can I be so stupid. Its been more than a day since I found out she's my mate and I still haven't instructed my guys to look into her. Shaking my head to get out of my thought as I watch my mysterious mate as she chuckled with the alpha. "Oh, I forgot to mention, the Lycan king is also with me". She said. Me on the other hand. "....." 'Hahaha, so much for helping her get inside, seems like she's the one helping you get inside'. Kyle said and I gritted my teeth before looking at the window as the alpha came to bow to me. "I am honored to ha

I had to appoint New warriors, get a Beta, a Gamma just to make the pack complete. "Okay, I'll let you get completely ready then," She said as she got out of my room.I quickly finished up my makeup and went out my room to the gate where a lot of carts were waiting for us mateless women. Today was going to determine my fate. This got me really really getting nervous. We entered the cartes and went to the mate ball which is was being held at the Lycan Kingdom for the first time in centuries. I had a lot of rumours about the Lycan king. He had to take over the Kingdom at a very age of fifteen after his glfatger was brutally murdered.

The whole ride to the palace, he did not spare her a glance, instead working on his tablet. Lyra stole a few glances at him now and then. He was tall, handsome, and well-built. She swallowed and looked away, not wanting to let his looks crowd her senses. He did not like her. A male like him–not just an Alpha but a Lycan King at that–must hate being mated to an Omega like her. But he was the Lycan King, who enforced the law that forbade Alphas from rejecting their mates. Surely, he wouldn’t go against his own rules, right?
