I stared at him, nakatukod ang siko sa railings, habang nakatingin sa malayo, with a cigarette in his right hand. He laughed again, soft, genuine, defeated, but somehow… happy. And while the oil sizzled and the aroma filled the air, he leaned back in his seat, shaking his head. “If you actually finish all of this,” he said, grinning, “I’m never teasing you again.” I smiled, lifting a pair of tongs. “Deal.” Nakangising tugon ko. Tumikhim ako at nagkunwaring hindi apektado. "That won't happen, Ma'am." he said and smiled. Natigilan ako nang mapagtantong ngayon ko lang siya nakitang ngumiti ng ganito. Damn, his face brightened because of that smile. I already know he is hot when serious or devilishly handsome when being playful, but I think I like his smiling face more. It's warm and carefree. Sabay kaming tumatawa and shet kinikilig ako dahil doon. This is not good. Those wrinkles around his eyes when he smiles are criminals! It's a crime to look good with wrinkles!
