Older Man Novels & Stories

Lucca sighed when he noticed the older man, maybe 5’8, stocky, with steel gray hair and beard saunter over to us. “Well, well, Mariano. Fancy seeing you in here.” The older man greeted, almost obnoxiously, there was a very pompous Aire about him, and his odor was highly rancid, causing me to crinkle my nose. “Oliver James, what brings you into Morgantown this morning.” I could tell by my mate’s tone that he was less than thrilled that this man had ventured over to us.

She narrowed her eyes slightly at the sight of the car. Soon, the door of the car opened and an old man came out of the car. An old man who was close to sixty and dressed in attire that made him look like a farmer hurried over. "Old man, who are you?" The Black Gorilla stopped and measured the old man.

Kronos offered the old man a hand to help him up, which the elder accepted gratefully. “ Thanks lad!” He chirped. He had pale winkley skin, the top of his head bald, but the gray hair at the back of the head reached the middle of his back. His left eye was milky white, his right eye pale blue. Rashes appeared across my face as the rum I consumed started to take effect. My breathing became short and hurried. Younger Evan worriedly yelled for help, but no one could hear him or see him except me. He rushed to his older self, trying to warn 27-year-old Evan about my condition. Alas, his hand passed through older Evan's body; he couldn't touch anyone. Meanwhile, older Evan was busy chatting and drinking with Hannah to notice my changes. Another woman who sat beside me noticed me struggling to breathe. She came up and inquired, "Ms. Castillo, what's going on?"

He said as we were approaching the first table at the right. It was too late to decline; my hands were sweating when Royce and I were standing in front of an old man. The creases beside his eyes and the folds in his forehead were deep. He must be in his late 70s, I presumed. The man's facial expression hardened; his eyes were darting on me when Royce started to speak up.

Then his lips tugged up as he turned to face the people, and that was when I saw the owner of the voice. The man looked to be old, like a grandpa.
