I tap my fingers nervously on my leg, wondering if I should tell someone that Scarlet is reading smut. Rafe wouldn’t care, and it’s hardly like I would even want to speak to the Luna. I put it on my desk and quickly page through it until I find what I am looking for. “This,” I point at the page, and Axel leans over to get a better look. “No,” Axel looks at me wide-eyed, shaking his head. “Don’t even think it.”

I no longer pay attention to the people I meet and continue walking toward the library. I reached it and immediately went to the row where the book I got earlier about Scylla was. I didn't read it because Natalia came. I read a different book. I got it quickly, it was thick. I immediately went to the table to read. The myth of Scylla. That's the title of the book. I immediately opened it and looked at the table of contents. Geographical Position. I read it and saw that it was on the fortieth page. My hand quickly opened that page and I immediately read.

Rosemary’s Pov “I will eat later…” I say softly , offering him a smile. He exchanges a look with Xavier , but I do not stay for the lectures that I know is coming. Instead I walk to the entrance and sit on the floor in a crossed legged position – my eyes fixated on the fiery red flames that almost touches the sky. I sit out there for a while , enjoying the peace of being alone. At this moment , all I ever want is to be alone. Each title was written in neat script: Territory Boundaries, Council Orders, Patrol Rotations, and Supply Logs. Every book carried authority. Every page carried control. She found the patrol records tucked behind heavier volumes. A thick ledger sat low on the shelf, bound in cracked leather, its cover stamped with the pack crest. Lyra pulled it free and carried it to the desk. The book landed with a dull thud.
